That being said, from the bits and pieces I've seen this is yet another season that is packed with talent. MILES ahead of X-Factor in that department and right up there with Idol as far as the quality of the contestants go (I'd say it surpassed Idol after the last two seasons, but Baconsammy is likely to disagree ).

This girl alone blows away anyone they've so far chosen on X-Factor, and I'd give her a B+ at best!

Can't wait to catch up on the show and give some proper opinions.

And I just listened to Cassadee. I like her tone but I think that when she belts her vibrato becomes uneven and wobbly and she has a bit of a thin voice. I think she'd be good in the right wheelhouse, though.

I've been noticing that, too. I think it might be because they're a lot riskier. You can somewhat cover up a sour note in full voice. But if you hit a crap note in your falsetto there's no hiding that.
