Have you ever noticed how you slow down to a crawl when someone is shooting at you with the AK for example? This booster just increases that effect so people have a harder time running up to you blindfiring while you're shooting them directly. Coming from U2 the meaning seemed obvious to me, nothing misleading about the description.
Call of Duty 4, which came out 4 years ago, and was probably played by millions of people, had a perk, which Uncharted 3 is borrowing, which is called stopping power and did more damage. World at War, which was played by millions, had a perk called stopping power, which was played by millions. Modern Warfare 2, which was played by millions, had a perk called stopping power.
You cant borrow a system to put into your game, take the same perk, put in the description "stopping power", and then tell me it slows the dudes down.
How about
Heavy Bullets - Slows down the enemy when shot
Minor nitpick anyways. But the descriptions have to be re-written anyways. Ping. Adds a radar? People then start to look for a radar on their screen.
