What game(s) are you most looking forward to next month? May 2017 Edition

For me, May will simply be a time to keep playing what I'm playing, maybe get some 2016 stuff or earlier 2017 games I haven't gotten around to playing yet, try out Abzu on PS+, that sort of thing. It's one of the slower months this year for my taste.

Even then, I'm curious how Prey, Injustice 2 and Rime turn out. Doesn't seem like a bad month for me as much as a month that's less active than the previous four.

nortonff

Hi, I'm nortonff. I spend my life going into threads to say that I don't care about the topic of the thread. It's a really good use of my time.
Prey and Rime.
I'll wait for the reviews tho.

I'm interested in seeing how Prey, Rime, and Injustice 2 turn out. Minecraft on Switch is a certainty.

As a bonus, can't wait for the Destiny 2 reveal.

ULTROS!

People seem to like me because I am polite and I am rarely late. I like to eat ice cream and I really enjoy a nice pair of slacks.
Going to finish first
- Dragon Quest Heroes II
- The Silver Case
- Disney Afternoon Collection
- Deponia

And will snatch up Wonder Boy: Dragon's Trap

Is Constructor HD PS4 still coming out?

Fire Emblem Echoes.

Also Operation Babel on the Vita, quite enjoyed the last one.

I'm interested in The Caligula Effect but as it's digital only here I'll wait for a sale, it'll be a fraction of the price by the end of the year in the PSN sales and it's not like I'm short if 50 hour games to play.

Ultra Street Fighter II.

Too bad it's almost in the end of the month :(

I think Garou, Mark of Wolves will launch on May 11th, but I not sure.

No highlights for me but I'm interested in

The Caligula Effect
NiOh DLC
The Surge
Rime
Farpoint
Star Trek

Trails in the Sky 3 could be my GotY but I'm still hoping for a Vita Port/Remake of the series.

Friday the 13th all the wayyyyyy

I have both newest fire emblem games so I need to beat those before buying the new one. Looks great though.

Mostly looking forward to LocoRoco Remastered. Should serve me nicely while I wait for the Bandicoot to return.

Will also pick up Lock's Quest and the Forza Horizon 3 expansion.

Fingers crossed Skylar & Plux turns out well, but it doesn't look that good from what I've seen.

Easily Trails in the Sky the 3rd. It's my favorite game in the series, and I can't wait to play it again, and see how they translated everything.

I won't buy anything this month, but Friday the 13th, Battalion 1944 and Rime are games I'll pick up later or when on sale for sure.

I paid good money for this Dynex!
There's some really good stuff on the way, but I think Trails in the Sky: The 3rd is at the top of my list. Fire Emblem is second.

It's kind of absurd that we're still only in April, given the sheer number of cool games that have come out this year. We're just gonna be snowed under all year, and I love it.

I don't think there's any game worth it to day one for me aside from Prey, tits and Utawarerumono.

Even then I don't think I'll buy them day one. May will probably be the month for me to catch up on my backlog.

First month in 2017 that has nothing I'll immediately buy. I'm actually glad it's slowing down a bit.

Revelator almost counts but I'll be getting it on PC in June instead.

Trails in the Sky the 3rd is all I need

... I actually really want Echoes but I don't have the money for it so that'll have to wait

Trails 3rd
Operation Babel
Guilty Gear Rev 2

Maybe Fire Emblem

Trails in the Sky 3 could be my GotY but I'm still hoping for a Vita Port/Remake of the series.

Already exists in Japan. Trails in the Sky Evolution series. However, those games cannot be localized due to a series of licensing issues.

Thank god, there are absolutely no must buys for me in May.
I'll look forward to GAF impressions of Farpoint though!

How the fuck is this year still pumping out the hits?

This month:
Caligula
Dreamfall Chapters
Prey
Fire Emblem
Utawarerumono
Summon Night
Operation Babel
Disgaea
Guilty Gear

Pssh like I've got the time for all these. Oh well...

Can't believe Prey is out so soon! Really need to finish Dishonored 2. Also that Hot Wheels expansion looks amazing.
