Xbox One Shipment Information Thread

Asda are awesome, ordered a Day One edition + Fifa yesterday lunch time and now its been dispatched.

Tracking says it will be delivered tomorrow, i'm assuming thats an error and it will be held until Friday?
 
For those that ordered from the Microsoft Store are you still seeing your shipping label status with UPS as if the package hasn't arrived at the UPS facility. I assume they will go out tomorrow with 2-day shipping?

I haven't been charged yet and status is still the same as months ago.
 
Did anyone get a reminder from Amazon today telling them to go in and check their billing info? It made me nervous.

I got a email today from Amazon saying to check availability of the Day One Edition tomorrow at 8 AM EST. Seems they have some extra's, and I was on the list to know when they would be available. My order is through the MS Store, but I wanted to switch to Amazon... to late since my MS order has already been processed.
 
So I went in and reselected my payment method again (same card) and it said "we will retry your payment method ASAP."

wtf amazon...

Mine said the same. I don't think it means anything. They'll start shipping tomorrow supposedly.
 
Fuck, I have a Day One on preorder from Best Buy and I haven't been charged yet. I thought I would have been charged by now. I am getting scared. Hopefully it is because I ordered pickup from store and they will wait until the last minute.

For the PS4 I did in store pickup form Best buy and they didn't charge me until the day before pick up.
 
Just got the email from Amazon Customer Service telling me to check the expiration date on my credit card. I'm assuming it's just a precautionary measure because mine doesn't expire until 2015.

Now if i could just decide on whether i want the thing. I feel like i'm paying $560 for Forza.

Yes, my order from the MS Store still says exactly that: a label's been created, but it hasn't arrived at the UPC facility. Therefore, it has no ship date, nor a delivery date. If it doesn't ship tomorrow, there's no way it's arriving Friday. I didn't pay extra for faster shipping. In fact, I don't recall being given the option.

same situation here almost. i'd probably get crimson dragon & call of duty just to have something (don't even like cod much anymore, but if i play it it has to be with an xbox controller). i have barely had any time to touch my ps4, i feel like i'm paying $500 to have a system i won't use until the spring. yet i still want it? WTF

It's weird, but I'm still nervous after getting that e-mail. I've triple-checked everything but still feel like something's wrong. Stupid Amazon.

I was not given an option either, but I asked multiple sales representatives, all of whom stated that the delivery was release day.
 
shit, you guys have me worried. no email from amazon to check payment... just checked online and my order is still there with expected delivery of the 22nd but not shipped. should be fine, but weird.
 
For those worried about getting UPS tracking information, at least you have something to go off of. I had mine pre-ordered on June 19th, and I still haven't seen any charge to my account, or been given shipping info. I called in today, and verified that my order was still in process and I would be billed as soon as it ships. My Dead Rising 3 game has tracking information, but it hasn't went anywhere.Hoping everything ships tomorrow. I'm guessing they have logistical equations/information that is telling them when to ship stuff out based on where their warehouses are, but who knows.
 
Does anyone know how many systems can be ordered on one amazon account. I have one preordered but 2 lazy friends want me to grab them one from amazon tommorow.

Ordered from Amazon.ca here, the red headed stepchild of the Amazon family. I just got an email on the 14th stating that my XBOX ONE wouldn't be shipped until the 22nd.

Same here, nothing from amazon today.
 
Amazon doesn't ship until Wednesday or most likely thursday. This issue happens in every thread.

They did the same thing for the PS4. I got so fed up with them (over my PS4 pre order that I had booked RIGHT after the conference) that I ended up going to a midnight release and wait in line.

For my Xbone I had bought it from BB.ca, so my fingers are crossed that they will get it right this time around.

Yes. I believe all ms store orders have overnight shipping on them. I don't expect it until Friday
 
So i just got the payment info update email and contacted amazon , they said :
The e-mail you received wasn't from Amazon.com. For your protection, do not respond to it, and do not open any attachments or click any links it contains.
