I'm actually almost done with the OT[Nintex] said:Alright
I've got a basic idea of what it's going to be if you guys have any texts, title suggestions, comments and or other stuff you want to see in the OP feel free to send a PM
Yeah, I've been tempted to cancel my CE preorder and get a standard one, but I keep deciding against it. Really glad NoE is publishing this and I'll give them full support for it by getting the CE.InsertNameHere said:Pretty excited. Not exactly for the 90 dollars that will come out of my wallet but... just seems fun importing a collector's edition of a great game that not many people will have in the US.
Technically, Monado has a couple hundred (or thousand?) preorders...Lord Ghirahim said:3 copies more than NA, amirite?
I'd recommend at least mentioning the high ratings the game got here: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=422089Sadist said:I'm actually almost done with the OT
It's going to be pretty basic though.

I just tried to preorder from amazon UK, since I've ordered from them many times, and they say that my US address is no good. Is there something I'm not doing right? If I can't get it there, where else are americans importing from...sublimit said:I did my part and i'm patiently waiting my copy from amazon.uk.More power to games like these!

I preordered the CE from GAME. I have ordered from 365games.com in the past and they have free shipping and are selling it for $52ish.mattiewheels said:Holy crap, well where are US people preordering? I don't stray from amazon so I'm clueless.

I bought S&P2 off of them (through their ozgameshop Ebay page) a few months ago. Shipping was lightning fast, despite the fact I went for the cheapest option.GameE said:Are they reliable?

I'm not sure exactly how playable it is on Dolphin (It looks pretty in screenshots but I don't know how it runs) but you'll pretty much need a Wii in order to play it on Dolphin in the first place. Very few PC DVD drives are capable of reading Nintendo Optical Discs and they're not really worth the money, given how slow and outdated they are. Of course if you have any friends with a modded Wii, you could always just borrow theirs to rip the disc (If you really don't want to get your own).catmincer said:Never wanted this game. Until now. That looks freaking awesome.
Ignorant question: I have no Wii, is it playable on Dolphin?
It is, and it looks absolutely awesome on Dolphin. Not to mention you can play it with a 360 pad. Problem is that it's considered one of the hardest games to emulate, so you need a rather beefy system to get an acceptable framerate. And as luigiv mentioned, you need a way to get the game on your PC, as standard PC drives can't read NODs.catmincer said:Never wanted this game. Until now. That looks freaking awesome.

Mr. Wonderful said:Ugh. I can't select the United States as a country on Zavvi. What am I doing wrong?
Seems like most people prefer it that way, but I'm pretty sure I've seen a few people mention liking the remote+nunchuck combo better.Kjellson said:Probably an old question, but is this game supposed to be played with the Classic Controller?
7:37 - The more i ignore xenoblade the more i want it so i'm going to have to make you soft mod my wii. i don't feel comfortable doing it so i required your help

There's less noises and more talk later in the game. Monolith obviously didn't record tons of dialogue for the tutorial battles. Later in the game, you have the party constantly talking during battles, with many different lines and replies depending on your current active party. Must have been a ton of work.Totalriot said:Is there maybe an option to turn off the battle noises the characters make? So annoying!
I have to say, the UK dubbing ain't bad at all.wsippel said:There's less noises and more talk later in the game. Monolith obviously didn't record tons of dialogue for the tutorial battles. Wouldn't it be a step-up converter and besides its far easier just to use the US PSU (the PSU does all the voltage conversion, like that on the N64 and Gamecube as well).atomsk said:got 3 text messages from my friend this morning...
