i wonder if GameStop is funding this...if so does that make them.. <GASP> a publisher!
Is The Last Story even good? I may just import instead of waiting.I haven't even started playing my import yet, but I'll still buy this day one. Anyone who cares somewhat needs to so we can get Last Story.
Anyone who actually wanted this imported it. Operation Rainfall is dead, the hype is gone, its gonna sell like shit in a can, Nintendo will blame the fans and will announce Mother 4 exclusively for limited Japan release.
Let's leave S&P 2 out of this...
;_;
do we really need to start taking statistics about how many people wanted the game, and how many actually imported it?

The discs are made in Mexico, I think.
Life after Skyward Sword. Cool.
I'm sure someone here will help you out in a pinch.
your one liners are really adding content to this discussion
glad you're willing to contribute
What trailer?
Would be nice if the game sold good anyway.
Though "instant selliout" didn't meant much over there when the shipment was quite low to begin with.
Sin & Punishment 2 did like 20-30k when it debuted in the US and was considered as a big bomb. Xenoblade did like less than that in the UK-charts (estimates) and "instant sellouts" and "huge hit" were the words flying around.
First "image" that loads, click play.
It ends with a link to www.xenoblade.com, which re-directs to that site.
Yeah, this is probably the exact reason they held it back, actually.Life after Skyward Sword. Cool.

??
Yeah, but I'm just saying that Xenoblade was never expected to be this huge-hit in the US and the badly rounded (non-Chartz) number I last saw for Xenoblade across the entire Europe was under 100k sold.To be far, you really can't compare UK/US sales. 20k in the UK is far different than 20k in the US.
Here's a second one liner to make your use of plural correct.
It's a pretty good game. How good is this game really?
Yeah, I have too many WiiWare and Virtual Console purchases to play chance. I want all of that on my Wii U.Do you mean to tell me that I'm the only NeoGAF user that isn't down with the whole hacking their Wii thing?
I thought I was alone.
It's a pretty good game.
Oh, cool, "Retards."
That is true, that is exactly how every single person who disagreed with Nintendo of America's actions reacted. It is uncanny how you reproduce it so faithfully.
How good is this game really?
The dub is quite excellent.British voices nooooooooooooo I'll deal with it.
Dilemma here. Got the Euro release. Just reached the second 'town'. Should I wait for the US release? I'm pretty sure it will have a better localization (if it is done inhouse)...
hmmmm.
You have to assume that their expectations are suitably low though, given that they are doing a very limited rollout. With EBA, they shipped a significant amount of copies (that were still lying around stores like Target months after release).Just look at EBA which sold 120k but was still considered a disappointment. Xenoblade will probably sell at least 50k but I doubt Nintendo is going to be satisfied with the sales.
was this announced e3 2008 or 2009?
But I can play it so much sooner. And not in class period!
what to doooooo
Isn't that a European Trailer (just started it). Might be the launch trailer?
I wouldn't bet on it having a diffrent localization if it's exclusive to a retailer. That dosent sound like it's worthy of doing an all new localization.Dilemma here. Got the Euro release. hmmmm.
An easy contender for the best JRPG this gen.

Typing "Bring Xenoblade Chronicles to the US" in all my Club Nintendo surveys finally paid off. Too bad I already imported.
