KINDLE VS. NOOK: E-READER SLAPFIGHT OF THE CENTURY

Doug and Robert got E-readers for Christmas, Kevin got jack shit. We go through the various pros and cons of each device, then talk about E-Books and publishing in general.

BOOKS

Doug and Robert review some of their various e-reads:

(52:00) The Passage by Justin Cronin

(1:11:00) Horns by Joe Hill

1:17:30 The Red Tree by Caitlin Kiernan

1:32:00 The Lost Fleet: Dauntless by Jack Campbell

1:37:00 1634: The Baltic War by David Weber & Eric Flint

1:41:30 Pandora's Star by Peter F. Hamilton

Also, we are still accepting entries for the "Write a show agenda" contest where you (YOU) can win 7 PSP games and a 12-Month XBL Gold Subscription card! Entry deadline is January 9th.

Religion conversation! Pretty well-informed religion conversation. There is a different between devout/orthodox and crazy, and I thought the book sounded intriguing. Good episode, guys.
