Translation is done for the first two games, translating the third one shouldn't be that difficult and the PS4 market is in need of RPGs.

It would be rather smart on their part to, at least, release part 1

1. They aren't going to translate and voice the game for the west

The first game is already translated and voiced. Even that alone for PS4 in US will do wonders. Hope it sells better this time to convince a better localization for all.

If they are planning two releases, the first one can be easily localized to US to test the water again.

LOL! As funny as that may be, they are planning to release the first one separately and 2/3 bundled up. I'm sure they planned for it and we may see US release for the first one at least.
