The more i look at the footage and screenshots, the more it feels like like different parts of the game were glued together in a hasty manner. I can't really explain it, it's just all over the place with variance between the quality of models, textures, animations etc... There's a lack of cohesion. The same thing bugged me about Watchdogs.

You can have good image quality at 900p. 900p with really good AA is much better than 1080p with crap AA.

CPUs are what are keeping it at 30fps, most likely.

The GPUs aren't hot **** either.
