my thoughts are that you pay for magazines while website articles are free to the public.

I always understood it as a Japanese publication sending a strongly worded letter to Evilore while that hasn't happened yet with articles from another site.

Posting entire articles isn't okay, it is just not a bannable offense like magazine scans. If someone asks the OP or a mod, it will usually get trimmed.

People copy pasting whole articles is still frowned upon. Ideally it should be a snippet with a link to the full article.

Scans are banned cause magazine companies complained.
Famitsu in particular. 95% of GAF can't even read the scans, they just stare at the pretty pictures.
