Could you perhaps run the test I posted here?
I've uploaded a video here:

I had all settings maxed - I can spot some minor frametime spikes but overall it's running well

Much like Battlefield 4, has the game finally gone gold?

And you believe that is reasonable performance for the hardware you have? You have the same hardware as me (apart from me having 32gb of ram) and my 3970x is overclocked as well but if I was getting anything below 60fps at 1080p (with nvidia effects turned off) I would be disgusted.
Frankly even with nvidia effects turned on it should be above 60, origins managed it.
When you have a game like GTA V that does far more, much bigger, more AI, frankly better graphics and you can keep that at a solid 60fps there is literally no excuse for this.
GTX 970
I54690k
8gb Ram
Everything set to low / off
1080p
Drops to around 45frames
Shucks...
I52500k@4.2ghz, rest of the system the same.
Dips to 40-45.
Everything low/off.
Same as pre-patch.
I've completed it already, but I was hoping for a 60fps playthrough on new game. Uninstalling for good I think.
Warner Bros. released a patch for Batman: Arkham Knight on September 3rd, fixing a large number of the gameplay issues customers were facing, and as such we will no longer be honouring refund requests for this title.
Fuck... I just checked GMG to find this:
What a load of bullshit. I should spam them with all the slideshow videos of the game in action that have been posted in this thread.
Game runs great for me at max except for two NVidia options I don't have access to. That said I have 16GB of RAM.
...
BUT GODDAMN IT THE POP-IN NOW IS INSANE WHAT THE HELL. I can see stuff pop-in at a pretty close distance when I'm driving the Batmobile. It's pretty crazy.
Did you really wait this long to ask for a refund?

Take pity on me.
Sli still isn't working???
But, hey: they are giving us some FREEEEE games on December! That should be enough.
These guys are a piece of work, 1.5x the ram of a PS4 is necessary for a smooth experience on win 10.
Guess I'll finally be able to play Blackgate, in December...
Framerate isnt to bad but I keep experiencing frequent pauses / lots of HD activity which really detracts from the experience.
i7 920 @ 3.4ghz
12GB DDR3 1600
R9 290X 4GB
Win 10
Still running pretty good for me for the most part since the Sept. patch.
i7 4790k @ 4.0Ghz
16GB DDR3-1600
GTX 980 Ti 6GB
Windows 10 64 bit
2560x1440 144hz
G-Sync on
150 max FPS cap with ini tweaks
All settings to the max, including Gameworks effects (Film grain off)
The lowest framerate I got after doing a quick test of gliding and driving around was about 53 fps, usually hovers anywhere between 60-100 or so.
It stutters occasionally, but I imagine this happens when it has to stream in new assets. All in all, I'm not bothered by it, but I recognize the biggest factors in my experience are G-Sync and a 980 Ti. If I were to cap framerate to 60, I would imagine it would be even smoother for me.
You should have used a frame rate overlay.
Source? On the Steam Forums some people asked the moderator, Laptop65, who told them he couldn't say for now and that it's going to be answered in a future announcement.

1080p/60fps without the NVIDIA stuff. Good enough for me!
they need to do something about the vram and fix sli.
12 gb suggested for an Unreal engine 3.5 game??
After all these months of waiting?
What the fuck are these guys doing?? Its insane...
