I already expected to enjoy this movie just based off of what they did with Winter Soldier which might be my favorite comic movie of all time (Batman Begins, Dark Knight, Guardians of the Galaxy are all up there with some others).

Either way while early impressions are usually good, this movie will probably be at the very worst a good time.

Yeah, this is a very big and important distinction. I don't think critics are infallible but their word in this case is actually taking seriously, albeit with the caveat that they're still prone to hyperbole.

I remember way back being lectured that my concerns about BvS were illegitimate (based on what we knew I was saying we should be very cautiously optimistic), and that CW would be way worse. "Who cares if BvS has so many heroes, marvel movies have way too many and they do it just fine!!"

I'm sad that some of actors I liked choose DC since I'm more of a Marvel fanboy. it'd be cool if Affleck and The Rock joins Marvel side rather than DC. oh well. Affleck looks great as Batman and I hope The Rock knocks it out as Black Adam

Why compare it to AoU, there's no way in my mind that the Russo bros don't make a better movie. Plus this has T'Challa and Spidey, it's an automatic win.

A really good T'Challa though.

Tried MANY times to watch A:AoU (but I pass out halfways every time).
This trailer looks very good. Like, something I'd get off my butt and go see in theaters. The early review responses are getting me hyped.
