In the previous 5 polls of OH, Clinton is up about an average of +5 according to 538.

Trump being up +1 when Hillary is truly up +5 isn't out of the norm. And if she's really +3 right now, a result of Trump +1 would definitely come up at times.

Don't overreact to any single poll. It could actually make a lot of sense, polling wise.
