(I know, its dumb, but the Ghetsis fight in BW scarred me, and a lesson was learnt)
Ha ha, Ghetsis' Hydreigon did scar some folks, meanwhile my Samurott crushed him.
(I know, its dumb, but the Ghetsis fight in BW scarred me, and a lesson was learnt)
Now why can't they do both at the same time?...
It's so funny to see people being disappointed by this generation as that is how I spent the whole of gen 6.
But why is Game Freak opting to focus on one over the other when with past generation they manged to focus on both and more.
Just like they fleshed Zygarde and their lore out? I would give them the benefit of the doubt if they weren't so lazy with Gen VI as a whole.

Whats the post game content like? Is the main quest still piss easy?
It seems as though they moved the National Dex to Pokemon Bank.Is it true what I hear about the national Dex? There isn't one?
So there aren't a lot of Pokemon in this one?
Why do people always complain about the main game being easy? Pokemon will always be first and foremost a game primarily targeted at children. I understand wanting some more difficulty, but you're just not gonna get that. Personally I wouldn't mind a bit of a difficulty spike, but I doubt we'd ever get anything substantial.
Though who knows, maybe i'll be wrong. Guess it's wait and see.
Also people should stop complaining about the new mons stats. Vast majority of them are great. They have great movepools, strength, and type coverage.
And why do people act as if Pokemon is for children when it consistently has a much wider appeal than that? You always see the demand for remakes of older games when those "kids" would have been teenagers/young adults by now. This kind is reasoning is why you see the hypocritical kind of pandering to Gen I but acting like these people also wouldn't appreciate the finer gameplay improvements that come with aging the franchise. Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with appealing to BOTH sides of the demographics through optional things like having a difficulty select, etc. It's really narrow-minded to say "Pokemon is for kids, therefore be quiet!"
This is probably a better move, for people's long term sanity. It seems as though they moved the National Dex to Pokemon Bank.
This is bringing on some deja vu from other generations for me lol. That's not true though, it's pointless to sugarcoat this. The majority of the Pokemon are mediocre at best. Excluding the Legendary Pokemon, there aren't any exceptional stand outs, maybe other than Toxapex. There are some good Pokemon like Alolan Ninetales, Golisopod and Silvally, but even them aren't "top" stuff, there are some problems with them. Generally, the generation brought low speed, high defenses on terrible types and limited movepools because there aren't any move tutors and the developers keep making some stupid decisions. Even some of the Legendary Pokemon suffer from it, like Tapu Koko and Bulu.

While the game is aimed at kids there was some challenge to them, with Black and White 2 offering Challenge mode as an option, though its implementation wasn't done well.
So rather than refine on Challenge mode and continue with the game offering some challenge Game Freak instead opted to make the game brain dead easy and no turning off the Exp share does not fix this as problems lies deeper with the game play designed with the Hoenn remake highlighting it with Granite Cave being blocked off, Wally dragging you to Route 118 and the game handing you a legendary Pokémon with their mega stone.

I'm not telling anybody to keep their opinions to themselves. I"m not against a harder game at all. In fact a difficulty select would be fine. Though I think it's a bit weird to just expect it from the base game that we usually get. Yes keyword being "usually". However, yes Pokemon will always be children first. No I'm not saying it can't have a broader appeal and cater to the older players too, but that's their primary market.
You can also scan any random QR code you find. You won't get a seen tag added to the Alola Pokedex though. So, just to double check my understanding on this crazy big list of QR codes...
* scanning one adds that pokemon's entry in your pokedex
* you can use said entry to see where you can catch them
* every 10 you scan gives you a chance to catch a non-alolan pokemon like Chikorita, Litwick, etc for about an hour
Is that about right?

By the way it seems that Nintendo might have see sense and are bumping up Europe release date as some French folks got e-mail from Amazon France saying that the Sun and Moon are releasing on the 19th.
Though just need to wait and see if this is widespread throughout off Europe or is just France only.
Interesting. Wonder if this will apply to the rest of the EU too.By the way it seems that Nintendo might have see sense and are bumping up Europe release date as some French folks got e-mail from Amazon France saying that the Sun and Moon are releasing on the 19th.

After finishing Moon - that was a much more enjoyable game than ORAS and even better than X&Y. Some really good bumps in challenge and breathtaking moments. Really solid story and progression too.

If only people had read my later posts, with me stating that a difficulty selection is perfect. I wonder how hard that is to do instead of posting purely on instant reaction.......If only there was this thing when you started a game, like you could choose easy, medium, or hard. Has any game ever done that? Sounds like it could work well though............................

I know it won't happen but man I would love to have more than one saved slot so I can play the story over and not lose all my items.
Yea I'm very greatful for the bank. Too bad they won't update to hold items as well.Same but at least with Pokemon Bank I can keep event Pokemon now
I know some might think I'm weird but I always played Pokemon mainly for the story. Glad to hear this one's story is supposed to be good.

This is such a huge pain.
It took so much effort to drag all my important items from game to game to game. And now, from what I understand, it will be impossible to bring any items over from ORAS? You can only trade over via Bank?
It wouldn't be a problem if they let me buy/earn multiples of important items that are hard to get.
I think people are overreacting a bit, my personal Pokemon experience and the reason I spend +500 hours in every version is basically wifi battles + battle facilty... Some organized competitions here and there but that's the meat for me.
That backbone of the Pokemon gameplay most likely isn't going to change, ever. So while I'm bummed for some of the QoL changes, No hordes probably means an extra 15 minutes for every EV trained monster but it's not the ne end of the world. All points to an improved single player campaign and that's something I'm excited for.

Is Dhelmise unbreedable?
Doesn't seem to have any egg moves. Getting a shiny one is going to be a pain.
Does anyone know
how is necrozma is obtained?
Why does one version get more aside that suggests more than one can be caught. It appears that it might be UB Absorption! It seems to be a UB of great strength and formidable muscles! But that is not all... It is not one creature, but two! In Melemele Meadow![VAR 0114(001F)]
It appears that it might be UB Beauty! It seems to be a beautiful yet dangerous UB that can move at incredible speeds! But that is not all... It is not one specimen, but four! In Verdant Cavern![VAR 0114(001F)]
The UB that has been sighted on this island is known by the code name Blade... It is a fearsome beast that is apparently able to cut through anything at all... And it was not a single sighting, either...[VAR 0114(001F)]

Mineral egg group, genderless (like most of mineral group), 6400 steps to hatch. Be sure to catch it in a fancy ball as breeding with Ditto now passes down the other parents ball regardless of gender. Is Dhelmise unbreedable?

Also isCatch it at Ten Carot Hill after UB quest. It's a random encounter there.
Also isnecrozma or marshadow the 3rd legendary?
