Going to the screener tonight. I do hope the line isn't to crazy because going to be leaving kinda late to it so might show up late and i really don't want to sit in the front.

Whom among us is going to the EST screenings? Would love to get spoiler free impressions here too... I'm on the west coast.

That's the final trailer that was recently released at the MTV awards.

Ah duh, thanks.

Chris doesn't interview well. Duno if it's just this movie or if he's always like this, but he's kind of bored in that video above. One moment he made this mention of how his job wasn't hard and there wasn't much character development he had to worry about etc. I'm sure that's true and all, but I might be offended by that if I was the writer or Patty. Maybe that's just me

Pretty packed in here
Get a mini of the lasso poster
And a phone sticker

I look forward to watching your CAM rip, thanks

The movie started at roughly 7pm eastern time. It's almost 2.5 hours long, so they won't be out of the screening until 9:30pm. By the time they get home, it could be as early as 10pm before we get impressions unless they can type them all out on their phones right after they get out of the screening.

They better do it before starting their damn engines.

Wonder Woman and Cap did it right. I wish Man of Steel was set in the 1930s

they should do a Justice Society movie in or around WWII

Wonder Woman is really good. Like, Winter Soldier good. One of the great superhero origin movies along with Batman Begins. Third act has its shortcomings but it's super anime and I was OK with it.

One scene in particular is legit the most heroic moment since Spider-Man 2. Heck, the whole movie is the most heroic since SM2. Not saying it's as good, or TDK isn't better. But the classic heroism is top shelf.

To nitpick, the CGI isn't super great and spots. But, nitpicking.

Also shocked by how good Gadot was, and how diverse and progressive the overall movie is.

Also, please use spoiler tags if you're gonna spoil the movie in this thread. I wanna go in fresh, but don't mind some very general observations or impressions. Thanks guys!

First thing, it was so refreshing to not have the whole movie in the trailers, they didn't spoil any of the big plot points at all in the marketing. Gal was great, her and Chris Pine had so much chemistry together. They did a good job of showing the horror of war without it being gory, it was grim, but there wasn't any shock value stuff. There is just so much hope and optimism, Patty really channeled that Donner Superman feel.
