Can somebody find some other video of a world leader pushing/pulling to one side another (without even a nod or anything) from sometime in the past? I mean there must be, if all that Trump did was something normal. If it were normal it'd happen all the time when these world leaders get together, right? I mean it obviously has nothing to do with Trumps boorish, egotistical behaviour is it? There's no evidence of that, is there!

It's a bit of both. It's not much of anything on its own, but it fits nicely into the overall constellation of his abhorrent personality.
Took me a few minutes to get this.
Look at his hand and facial gestures defenders.
The hand reached out to permit enough room for a forceful gesture. This is monster Hunter levels of charge up. It was premeditated.
Not once did he look directly at the guy before, after, or during to give even the slightest intent of apology or assurance that he wasn't being a cretinous asshole shoving his way to the front.
I've seen 4 year olds line up for milk and snacks before nap time with more respect than this.

What else really stands out, is the woman putting her hand out to shake, he slightly lifts his hand, realizes its not a man, puts his hand down, points at her then lifts his chin and looks into the distance.

Seriously? That's not being objective; that's being contrarian.
He looks ahead as he puts his hand on the guy. He's staring ahead as he uses that hand to move him out of the way, following through all the way until he's squarely in front of the pack, and adjusts his jacket with a smug look.
This isn't anything major, nothing to start a war over, but it's glaringly obvious. It's a character trait on display.

I think you're partially right. You can't tell clearly, but when Trump is talking to someone to his right, I think part of him bumps into the PM from back. The proper way is to stop walking, but instead Trump pushes and forces his way around.
Being the devil's advocate isn't being objective, junior. There's a big difference between the two that people who claim to be objective in defense of bullshit need to learn.
Edit: I guess it's already been pointed out.
