Yeah thats fair! I get more motivated the closer I get to finishing something, but hey everyones different! I can see how cycling through projects can help keeping 'em feel fresh. In the end its more stuff for those of us at home ta read/watch/play an thats what counts!
Not that this is excusing Scamco for not translating these things in the first place >.>

I highly doubt it since nothing really matches up plus it would be weird!
Pluto's Kiss was 2005, done by a 10 year old in California. At the very least through Kites interactions with Sanjuro its real unlikely he ever lived in the US.

iirc wasn't it Atari that published IMOQ in europe in the first place? I always suspected that G.U. going unreleased in europe was a combination of the Namco/Bandai merger and the Bandai side clearly having not cared all that much to begin with.
This however is Scamco US cheaping out again, as they apparently have a history of doing this generation. Anyhow seeing as how I imported Link and Versus, among other things in the series, I oughta be used to this kinda disappointment by now.

Yeah, I don't their way of thinking and picking and choosing which region gets physical and which gets digital. It seems to flip-flop a lot.
How long until Scamco confirms/denies the digital-only thing? I assume this info came from someone who was at the panel and that other people there could confirm it, but there are many taking this for a mistake or misinformation. The publisher really needs ta come out an put this to rest.
Anyways I'ma float some OT title ideas. Not that I'm claiming the OT for myself cause if anyone else really really wants it thats cool. Just throwing out ideas for now!

It COULD be misinformation. If you saw the news for the last Digimon game, they flip-flopped a few times between it being physical/digital as well as a Vita version existing. Their PR... is not great. Would be nice to get clarification :x
I remember reading about that fiasco! Displeased Vita fans are a noisy bunch so it was hard ta miss that. Bamcos really a mixed bag the past few years. I'd like to think that since the Project X Zone games not only got localized but also saw retail releases that .hack would to but I'm putting my belief in people who were at the panel. Until Bamco backpedals / says those people were full of crap.
I love that one.
That would also be a good one if the originals are ever remastered.
On-topic, have we finally managed to get a second confirmation by Bandai that the game was digital only in the us? Looking around, i can only find the original tweet from rainfall stating it.

Not salty or anything Bamco but if you are doing a remaster for .hack 15th anniversary surely you can afford to throw a remaster bone for Klonoa 20th anniversary. Even PS2 emulation will do kthxbai.

What does it say about a game if the only criteria between you wanting it or not is whether or not you can own a disc or not?

Because I like having physical copies of games? Digital is only fine when its an indie type title. At least for me. Maybe I'll try and import it, but last time I did that was for Xenoblade for the Wii and that was a nightmare. Took like a month to get to me, and it was in bad shape.
But when I bought Last Guardian from Amazon not long ago, it was the EU version, or at least the cover art makes it seem like it was from there.
If your concern is shipping there are US based import sites you can use.
