Will Michael Keaton make me orgasm? That is all that is really important.

I just watched this movie, 4/10 for me. I'm so angry right now, on my way home to get some sleep. Tomorrow morning i'll post something more about it.

Maybe my favorite MCU film and def my favorite that doesn't have Captain America in the title.

One thing I want to mention is how good the acting & casting is on even the small parts! The script is good, & the acting elevated it.

Crowd ate up the nods to the larger MCU, like full theater applause at certain bits. Really glad I went in only having seen the trailers; there's some good subversion of expectations.

For those of you who have seen the movie already, how family friendly is it?

I'm thinking about taking my 8yo daughter to a matinee screening this weekend.

It's an MCU movie, so it's not.

Constant use of sex jokes and profanities to stretch the PG-13 rating. Not as much as Guardians Vol. 2, but it will certainly make teenagers laugh non-stop.

Just got back with my seven-year-old daughter she loved it. At the end of the movie she screamed "best movie ever"

Saw it. Came out early in Mexico and I thought it was okay.

Very by the books which I expected. Introduce the characters and whatnot. Tom was great in the lead, better then Amazing Spideman 1&2 but doesn't reach the Rami films for me. I feel the sequel can be an amazing movie now that they got a lot of stuff out of the way

Spider-Man Homecoming is by far the best movie I've seen this year. Tom Holland killed it. He is the best Peter Parker and Spider-Man yet. Michael Keaton was a great villain and the rest of the cast were amazing. I'm going to see this again on Saturday.

So happy...

I'm honestly debating myself on whether this is my favorite movie in the MCU.

It's definitely up there with Guardians 1 and Cap 1 & 2.

Definitely my favorite Spider-Man movie tho.

Movie was dope. Better than WW and GOTG2 imo. Might even be my favorite MCU movie, but certainly top 3, at least.

Only negative I can think of is that the action was pretty weak, especially the
plane scene at the end
. So many quick cuts during that scene, geez.

The film was utterly fantastic. I was worried that Baby Driver would ruin this for me, but it was fucking awesome.

Loved it way more than I imagined. Action scenes were weak, but everything else was fantastic. They perfectly nailed Peter Parker/Spider-Man. Thinking about watching it again this weekend.

"playing" dumb? unpossible
I may end up watching this thing twice now. Once with my work friends on Saturday, and then on Tuesday with my best friend. GAF is gushing about this film, and it's making me squeal!

Damn. It was getting good reviews, but these GAF impressions are gushing. Gotta be patient. Maybe I'll see it tomorrow. Shiiiit.

Numerous reviews saying the action is shit is not "gushing" to me. I hated the Garfield movies but at least they nailed the web slinging and action.

Amazing, spectacular, this shit was hot.

Parker is the best Cape to ever do it.

Not the GOAT comic flick but def up there for me(3-5?) for me.

1 hour and 30ish minutes til my show. Pretty hyped considering when I saw the first trailer, I was going to pass and not even bother seeing in theaters.

Amazing Spider-Man series had like, one good action scene (the school fight in the first one) and even that was like, okay. Nothing else was really memorable or stood out

I'm being swung by the people putting it in their top MCU movies. I was expecting something middling, for no real reason, really.

Just got out. That was an absolutely great summer movie. The tone was perfect loved all the slightly off kilter school kids.

My only downer is so much was spoilt in the trailers and tv spots.

It was really really average. Like at best average. It has a few moments but overall it fell flat. Peter's classmates are so uninteresting. Ditch 75% of the & focus on the ones that matter. Speaking of flat everyone is pretty much a flat character. Peter gets the smallest of character development & that's it. When the film feels like it's about to get serious about something, it gets cut short.

Also the
Flash Gordon is now a fat dumb(but smart cause he's on the scalasitc team), dorky bully who is rich really was a dumb decision. Am I reallt suppose to believe that dork is the most popular kid in school? Ok. He added nothing & where can they take a character like that? He'll just be another 1 note joke forever.

Beautiful. Nearly perfect.

I'm so happy.

(And lol @ the above poster saying "Flash Gordon" instead of Flash Thompson.)

Might be getting old, but the whole high school part of the movie didn't do much for me. Everything besides that was on point, especially Holland/Keaton.
