Feel like the Splatoon ones are gonna be a bit of a pain. I had mine preordered but the store I was at didn't have any extra of them when they opened up. Extra Clouds and Corrin though which was kind of surprising. (Cloud I mean, not so much the male Corrin.)

Can't wait till I get out of work. Also gonna be watching my phone like a hawk for Corrin P2.

Attempted to buy the Squid Sisters 2-pack from a Japan-based seller yesterday only to get a refund notification this morning.

And it's not like the seller sold out of 'em because they're still listed.

How annoying. I'm tempted to just get them from amazon.co.jp but shipping is $10. I wish I needed or wanted other things from Amazon Japan to make it worthwhile.

Maybe I'll see if there's any N3DS cover plates available.

Definitely agree with this, I found only one squid when I went to 3 different stores. I scooped it up quick though! Hope those who want one are able to get it.

Went ahead and ordered the squid from Amazon. I thought I preordered it from Walmart but I can't find any email about it

Edit: ah, I made my Walmart order under an alternative email. Oh well, I'll just get my order from Amazon

Still seems like it's roughly 30 minutes between releases since the boy went up around 1230, squid was around 12, and this was about 1. The only down side is we have no idea what order the smash ones will come in.

It was close, but this one was more like 20 minutes. Still within the range of error, but I don't want to encourage someone to only check every 30 minutes if Corrin's going to go up 5-10 minutes "early" and sell out.

On the plus side, these don't appear to be immediately selling out, though Corrin will be another story due to the exclusivity. Though I think the SS Link lasted like an hour?

I'm not really expecting them to sell out other than Corrin too fast. Most people could get preorders at other retailers and amazon didn't take any so honestly I think if people wanted them Amazon is their kinda last resort because of stuff like that. SS Link I don't know, it was the lowest on my priority list (I honestly forgot all about it so I've gotta try and find one now) but I know the only one I saw a ton of demand for was really just the MM Link. Maybe I'm wrong though!

Also yeah, I'd say people should check every 10-15 minutes at the very least just because it's definitely not exactly 30 minutes anymore even if it is kind of close.

P2 Bayo and Cloud have had decent runs of being available so maybe Corrin will too? Have to imagine the exclusives probably have a similar amount available to appease the corporate overlords at GameStop, BestBuy, and Amazon.

Bah! I have all of the other Amiibo preordered at GS and I'd like to pick them up but I don't dare leave until I've secured Corrin. C'mon, let's get this show on the road!

Blah, none of my amiibos actually came with Splatoon 2 today. Was hoping at least the Splatoon would to unlock whatever it is they unlock in this one, but oh well. Hopefully tomorrow.

I'm guessing shes gonna be Prime so I went ahead and did the free 30 day trial thing. I can just order her today and cancel the membership tomorrow, yes?

You technically have until the end of the trial to cancel before they charge you. I think they used to let you miss it by a few days and would prorate the $99 charge too but I can't say for sure if they do that.

Oh, the trial ends on the 23rd. I activated it when SS Link came up but by the time I did that he was already gone.

Changed it to monthly just in case I forget to cancel it and I get charged $10 instead of $99. But I'll just cancel it tomorrow just to be safe.

Heh.

a few months back I ordered a crap ton of things.

UPS and USPS both showed up at the same time with 4-5 packages each and right after that fedex showed up with one package.

I wonder what they all thought lol.
