These leaks are crazy. I'm really looking forward to FFIV Four Friends banner! May pull on the Halloween banner if I have some lapis available.
Safe to say these are legit though? If so I can plan any sort of resource spending on them.

And that's why every meaningful boss out there at the moment does the magic-based-physical-bullshit to get around it.
Even then, accuracy is pretty much a lock for the next version update with Cloud coming, which will render every evade build meaningless for the rest of eternity because future bosses will have enough accuracy to hit 100% evade builds 100% of the time (as the current magic as physical mechanic will be compromised once Mistair or a GE Exclusive magic-as-physical tank arrives).

Not entirely true, evade builds still cheese some bosses on JP here and there. For example Aranea Trial fight was entirely cheesed by evade tanks.
That said, most Magic attacks from the hard bosses are not really that much of a problem because most of them are elemental based and that can be easily worked around. A well equipped Mistair/Basch/Silt will work wonders for the foreseeable hard content.

It's funny that I remember everyone clambering and whaling on Cid and now they are complaining that he's on a banner. The power creep is real people.
That's because the people complaining already have him, if not multiple copies.
He is still the top dog and will be even more with enhancements.
We just want to catch up with JP asap because we can't stand how much better things are there, be the rates or the QoL stuff.

Not excited about them. What I've seen so far isn't enough to get me excited.
[JP] Managed to cap out Fayt this morning. Thinking of swapping out Camille for him right now, but not sure. Most of my units suck still due to lack of TMs. Been working on Tidus first. But curious to see how Fayt plays out.
Edit: Daily shit pull on main in GL is... Fran. Ugh.
She's excellent, but you really have to learn her mechanics and combo. She fills a lot roles; AoE re-raise, MP battery, pinch healer, and a great DPS.
She takes more effort than other units, but her pay off is definitely there.
Plus, her TM is absolutely top notch.

Good to know I'm done with this week's banner and can skip next week's as well. Just going to TM farm a bit here and there for a while.
I've got no content left since beating Malboro.
This should allow me really slow it down for a while. I think it will be a good thing for me.
Edit - Expedition ticket was Hyate. Ill take it since his TM is very good. Now I have (3), so getting one for my 2nd Landu is welcome.

So what happened to the Kingsglave banner?
Yeah I may be becoming disillusioned with this game. This all just looks like stuff we were expecting anyway. The only interesting banners in the next six months are the FFIV one and potentially the Halloween Awakenings. Next week's banner is crap, whether it's Kingsglaive or Orlandu. Ayaka we already knew about, and I'm not even sure on her anymore. The last trial we didn't even need a freaking healer. What is she specifically good for? Apparently we just don't get ability awakenings this month and fuck that.
She sets up auto revive on your AoE cover tank and AoE full heal the team every turn basically. When needed, she can AoE heal all ailments even stop, but you won't be able to dual cast that turn.
Only CG Fina touches her, it's not even funny how game changing she is.

Hard to imagine a healer better than Tilith. Ill believe it when I see it.
I guess the difference will be dualcast with all the best healing magic. All Tilith's amazing skills cant be dualcasted. Plus auto-revive.
I get why she's good in theory. In theory she is amazing, but I want to know a specific fight where I would need her. A trial fight or something. Aside from the robot, where is my tank (but nobody else) going to die every turn? Can said fight not be done with tank+Rikku+Tilith instead? Stop is only a pain in the arena right now and I'm not pulling for a 5* just to make the arena easier.

Oh yeah? I hadn't read up enough. I thought a provoke tank was completely hosed even with reraise until Mystair. Well if that's the only needed use she's still a no-go for me. Marlboro rewards are poor.
Tilith is great, and she's got a ton of functionality, but her healing output is simply anemic. She can't keep a tank with over 10k+ HP fully healed. Ayaka has the healing output, and the functionality, greater depth in flexibility, and as harder content is released, having an Ayaka will be very helpful.
That said, I don't think its an absolute necessity to have her. Content will be easier by having her, but there will be other tactics that don't require her. You don't need her for Marlboro for instance.
Also, a provoke tank is incredibly useful for Marlboro, primarily due to its snort move, which you can insure is your tank every time (you can of course cheese it by forcefully closing the app and relaunching).
What? Tilith has a group 100% heal and a group 100% raise. That's hardly anemic. She just can't do multiple things at once.

Tilith has no issue keeping my WoL at 11,500 HP. In fact, sometimes he takes care of it himself thanks to Mechanical Heart.

With a tank you need to heal nearly every single turn, if you use Radiant Light your Tilith is essentially pinned down, and she can't do much else, fine for straight forward battles, but harder ones like Marlboro she's near useless.
Essentially you're losing all utility to keep your tank healed.
If one of your units dies, then she has to revive all, great, but then your tank or other units aren't healed, and they probably need healing if your unit actually died with a tank on the team. Without that heal you could be losing other units, and things can easily get out of control. And that is the most basic and crucial role of a healer.
When you want MP charged, deal with status ailments, or any buff applied, you're stuck. As you said, she can't do multiple things at once, she quite simply isn't a consistent healer if you want any utility out of her. Given that we are now experiencing trails that can last dozens of turns, and sometimes nearly a hundred turns, you can't have a slot filled by a unit that can get pinned down doing one thing.
The reality of Tilith is that you need to supplement her with yet another unit that can help her. For instance a Rikku to support, or a singer, or have Tillith on Prism Heal to keep MP charged, and do actual useful things in between, and have a second healer or support to help her out. Using her for Radiant Light duty is a complete waste of a slot.
Ayaka, by comparison, can not only revive but heal, or deal with status ailments, or dispel, or even re-raise all in the same turn.

We shall see, but at this point, I'm expecting Global Exclusive "trial adjustments" to neuter evasion taking going forward. Although, as you write, I would expect the edge case here and here as "proof" that evasion tanking isn't always near-meaningless.
I've long closed out all the files, but I **think** I read that the moogle stacking update comes in October. One of the slides mentioned giving lots of 1% daily moogles as login bonuses to encourage people to get used to this new mechanic.
I'm agreeing with Doctor No, here. I have Tilith and use her frequently and run into exactly the same problem he describes. Tilith's one fatal flaw is that she can only take one action no matter what. For harder content, this mandates sacrificing a second team slot for a buffer or backup healer. If Tilith is casting Radiant Light.... who is buffing the team that round? Raising the dead? Casting resists?
That's a **HUGE** problem on truly difficult content, as the lack of flexibility is something I very sorely miss from the days when Refia was my main healer with DC.
Ayaka is way more flexible than Tilith thanks to dual cast and reraise, people are doing fine on JP with 6* Garnet (for example) so you can live without her but she makes stuff more easy.
Personally will wait for CG Fina for that 3% rainbow rates even though it's a double rainbow banner, after getting CG Sakura of course.

Tuesday updated news will pretty much confirm or debunk everything. You can't just predict a filler Orlandu banner out of nowhere.
There is supposed an app and story update for Thursday.
Now there is a leak with FF XV next, and the other with Festival of the Autumn Moon (Orlandeau banner, it's the one laying everything until S2 Sakura) for Friday, this will be interesting to see.

Big test will be about the accuracy of the this weekend's banner, as it is quite a bold claim. Orlandu + Ling on a TRIPLE gold banner is one hell of a claim. If that pans out, then there's reason to believe in the accuracy of the data, at least in the short term.
Hard to say with with Autumn Moon festival. Spreadsheet says it's only for one week, starting this Friday. If Ling is indeed in it, perhaps it's a rebrand of the Lunar New Year exploration?
Final piece of Season 1 is slated for this Thursday, with the tree trial, and a required client update. Perhaps moogle stacking this week?

In one month I'll be able to give you the LB queen. Can't help until then unfortunately.
Mine's up with 4 Ignorance, 5.7k HP, 55% dark and level 20 LB. Not sure if that's tanky enough or not, haven't tried Malboro yet myself so I can tweak if needed.

7,348 HP, 55% Light res, 350% LB boost, lvl 25 LB and a Ribbon for good measure. Can't get above 246 SPR with this, nor do I have any ignorance for auto LB crystals, but you should be filling that LB bar.
Bring a unit with Entrust if you're going the Rikku LB spam route. Not sure what strategy you're going with.

After getting Dark Fina rainbow off one of these free dailies and Werei out of one of the EX tickets, I dont see any sense in continuing to do any dailies or using tickets. SOOO I have 2 tickets and 8700ish lapis. But what am I saving for? We all know the next banner is going to be bait and the banner after that is going to be the one we actually want, right?

Looks like a pretty jam packed rest of the year! Gonna take a lot more than a few ho-hum weeks to get rid of me. I don't mind just putting the game on hibernate for a bit, I've never had a doubt it would pick back up again.
