I agree with you, but for some reason it doesn't happen "all the time" for me, just a lot of times. I've gone to the point that I've seen it so much that I don't care anymore, especially when it finally goes right and you see that assassination animation in its full glory, makes me forget the problems before it, until the problem happens 3 minutes later. I learned to live with it, playing 4 games with the same problem, you get used to it, well at least I did.
