Vita PSN Game And Service Thread

SCEE's idea of bundling a game with a MC is awesome, though I only see 16GBs and they should try bundling them with 32GBs (64GBs/128GBs?) that most people want.
SCEJ's idea of a pretty good looking SE console, and especially the dual pack for their MH clone is great, though let's hope the LE double pack and console are 100k+, not 10k.

Now SCEA needs a good idea as well, what could they come up with?

? If you're carrying it on or keeping it on you so you can play it then what do you think will happen to it? Even if it was in checked baggage you'd have to have it surrounded by heavy and hard objects to damage it I would think.

Well, their choice of games lineup for the vita psn+ release was quite amazing.
Almost offered all major vita title in one go xD

You just said it yourself, most people want the 32gb, which basically means they dont need to bundle anything with it to sell it.

Including a game with the card is a great idea to add value. Would buy a 16 gig Hot shot golf bundle if the price was the same as the current non bundle. I won't hold my breath as SCEE is 1000 miles ahead of SCEA.

Got a Vita via the Amazon Black Friday deal as well. Still trying to figure out how to connect that thing. When it connects to the PSN it resets my router... I managed to update it to 2.0 via the PS3 but now it wants an update to 2.1 and that update is failing even if I go the PS3 route. Got some games on my PS3 waiting to go on the Vita (UC, HSG, Blob, Motorstorm:RC, Treasure Park) , but until it gets the update to 2.1 it is refusing to connect to the PS3. First impression so far, a huge step backwards from the PSP (probably why Sony did not name it PSP2, since that would indicate a step forward from the PSP).


If anyone is interested in Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale for the Vita (US) and three months of PS+ (US again, US credit card needed, which I don't have. These are actually three 1 month codes), I am willing to part with them.

Would trade for a $20 US PSN card (code) or a $20 US iTunes card (code). PM me.

I enjoy the game a lot and have some table packs. Just be aware that farsight is an horrible developer who release games full of bugs. They even include new bugs on new patches.

Even then, I play the game a lot.

Nihilistic was clearly a last minute thing, with the 5 months of development and all. Hopefully Activision will have their shit together for CoD 2013.

Personally I think this is definitely new thread material; if you do nothing to contradict mass misconception then people will just continue believing it to be true. I'll take the hit if no one else wants to.

I guarantee you people will post box arts and metacritic scores for Reality Fighters, Little Deviants, Modnation Racers: Road Trip, and Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified.

Clearly Activision dumped the project at the last minute so Sony jumped in and gave the project to Nihilistic (who were still contracted to make one more Sony game)

I GAF searched and Google searched and came up empty. All I could find were some older threads about people being disappointed in the app, but maybe I wasn't using the right search criteria.

HAHAHAHA, OH WOW.

I'm sure they could've done a better job if ATVI worked closely with them. After all these did a decent downport of Doom 3/RoE for iD on the X-box last generation. So it isn't like they couldn't have done it for Activision and done it well.

That just makes me angry at what could've been. :| No flailing spray and pray multiplayer. No Praying to get into cover on Veteran due to aimbot AI and high damage rate. Fixed acceleration. *siiiigh*

CoD Blops Declassified is probably the most profitable Vita game to date. As long as SCEA has a minimum interest in supporting the Vita there will be a Call of Duty game for it, they'll make sure it exists like they made sure Declassified got made.

You can only play games that have been bought with your account. If you have a canadian account, you can only play games downloaded with it.

Ok, I'm officially in love with Uncharted graphics. Dat illumination is unbelievable. The game is really fun, I have to say I'm having a better time playing it than I did with Uncharted 2.

But the graphics, oh wow, makes me wonder how good God of War Vita will look.

not sure about GOW,but I think Syphon Filter will look great on that engine and on Vita.
