I hope it isn't Destiny either. Besides being a game that has leaked way too much, I just don't care about it. Selfish I know, but why should I care what anyone else wants :p

I'm not sure if this was known or not, they are 5 debuts according to this xbox live broadcast news

- Blizzard's Titan
- Fallout 4


If I get one of those right someone buy me a Steam game.

And you think that they will fit annoucing of new platform between dorito and montain dew add ? We would already know something is gonna happen before the show but nothing in industry indicate that.

E3 2013 will be reveal.

I was thinking the old school game too. Or Sony do it again and have a secret game ala TLOU but by SSM/GG/Other for PS4?

Please, don't make me want to crawl underneath my desk this year. Either way, I will endure. I love me some Samuel L. Jackson and reveals for next year will be nice. Bring on the Doritos and Mountain Dew.

I'm guessing some kind of slick logo (hardware?) teaser for a full Durango reveal early next year. Maybe a glimpse of one of the games for it, if we're lucky (that might very well be Eurogamer's "wow" game, in fact).

THQ won't be around to release it. And are you guys serious with the idea of next gen console announcements during the busiest sales month of the year? Games might be announced, but no way in hell will Sony or MS throw away money from people who would just wait. That was Nintendo's stupidity in announcing 1.5 years from launch

I'd be surprised if there is anything hardware related.

I'm assuming the "next-gen" sneak peak will consist entirely of games with unannounced platforms.

Wow some of you posted some games that I completely forgot about and you may be right:

Blizzards TITAN and the China Whore game by those one PS exclusive guys (please dont ban me, thats what the games called).

How many hours until it starts?

Also, is it fair to expect some mobile game announcements? I'm kinda expecting some Windows Mobile 8 games announced for Surface and WP8 phones, something like Gears of Wars Portable or something. Have they ever announced mobile games at the VGAs?

And right after I made that post comes the Kojima tweet. Even though it's probably just for Rising, the VGAs would be a great place to debut GZ to the west imo.

I wouldn't place an actual bet on it, but I don't think it's really that improbable. The audience is certainly right, and the time is right to at least tease a full reveal; going by past hardware reveal timetables, it's unlikely that MS will wait until E3 to show anything substantial if they're actually launching in 2013. (They sort of did that in '05, granted, but by that point, MS was already at least talking openly about plans for the "next Xbox," so it's far from a perfect counterexample.)

Most likely Next gen titles, probably a new MS IP.

There is no way they would show Killzone 4 this early........

The Bloomberg report implied they were still debating showing at either E3 or an event shortly before.

Yeah, and that sounds about right. I think they'll go the sooner route (like 2-4 weeks), but definetly not this holiday season -- not even a tease.

A tease like that makes sense for a game, but not for consoles. They'd instantly sell less consoles, it's just not worth it for them marketing-wise. I wouldn't expect an announcement before E3 tbh.

Reality is finally setting in that Nintendo won't have anything at the VGA's...why I ever deluded myself into thinking they would, who knows.

Still looking forward to show though, since I own a 360 too, and there's going to be plenty of cool new stuff to see for it.
