There is still a secret in this world. So glad Lennon was back with another request and it led to great moments, One with Nishizono-san nontraditional newlywed's was amazing.

The story prompt with the one with the boy and girl with eight penguins and fuliflling their request made them vanish was so odd for Komari to come up with. Then when Rin had a similar scene that Riki had in the past episode of somehow everyone being gone, my heart sunk. Thankfully it was just a fake moment of sorts.

It's gotten to the point where I've run out of good things to say. This show is a treat every single week and I'll be sad to see it go (on break for half a year).

Princess Tutu 4
Mytho hears a voice calling out to him and he disappears. Duck and Rue go to look for him. Turns out it's one of the shards. It has put itself in the form of a dead maiden who killed herself after she could not be with the one she loved. She represents sorrow. Princess Tutu dances with her and puts her at ease, letting her know that she too is destined to never be with the one she loves (she overhears Rue saying this about Tutu in Drosselmeyer's story in the previous episode). But she doesn't let her sorrow and her other negative emotions take over her and affect her heart or her lively dancing. And she lets the maiden know that she doesn't have to let it do that to her, and that it's time she rested in peace.
As Drosselmeyer points out at the end of the episode, all of the emotions that Tutu has recovered for Mytho are negative emotions. Bitterness, loneliness, sorrow...gonna suck for Mytho if that's all he can feel. But as Tutu points out, these are important emotions that go hand-in-hand with the positive emotions like happiness, love, joy, and other such things. Now she just needs to go about finding them. Strange though. All of the shards of the negative emotions have put themselves inside of tortured souls. Where would a positive emotion place itself? And wouldn't it be cruel to take those away from the person they found?
Interested in seeing Rue develop further. She knows that Mytho has no heart, but she didn't seem aware of all of the fantastical things going on. Wonder how she'll feel going forward.

Has the adaptation been pretty good in your opinion? Not so much the production values but the story and pacing.

Totally feel like I can find a plushie of that in OceanPark now, especially they have a whole line of animals wearing costumes of other animals. Gonna make a note of that whenever I go back to Hong Kong now.

Honestly, I'm too engaged by it to even notice the shoddy animation most of the time. It went far beyond my expectations. It's very clear the people involved are JoJo fans and they're making the best use of their resources possible. Making Phantom Blood (a relatively meh part in the manga) super enjoyable is a VERY big achievement. Battle Tendency, which was always good, has been elevated even higher. Adapting complete parts gives them the means to be incredibly fast-paced, which is perfect for a series like this.
Really, the stellar presentation is making the almost 2 decade wait for a TV anime (though I've obviously been waiting a bit less) worth it. I would be ecstatic if they continued into part 3 and beyond even if there is a better animated alternative for that one.

So positive emotions still hide themselves within tortured souls. Ending was interesting as well; Rue looked actually scared of Mytho when she saw he had kindness and feeling in his eyes. Why? Why do she and Fakir not want Mytho to regain his emotions? What do they know? And why is Fakir in particular such a prick?

Clumsy, airheaded, and a bit nervous to boot, and yet also very good-hearted, capable, and fights her battles not with powers or fists, but with kindness and wisdom. The comparison is probably dumb, and only because I've been thinkin' bout Fruits Basket lately, but still. Maybe it's why I like Duck so much.

A nice ending, I could say, that answered some questions
but left me with the impression that Saki was one of weaker main characters lately.
Throughout the show -and highlighted by the ending- there has been this sentiment that Saki is amazing, Saki is great, Saki is somehow special but she never struck me as such based on her behaviour in the show.
By the end of the show it felt to me as if she was (amazing) because everyone said it, not because she actually was and that made me not like her as much as I wanted to, as I was always waiting to see her surprise me, showing something only her was capable of.
Someone might argue that

I don't really understand. Who are the main three even? Space Bros. has been super erratic for a long time. Sometimes I wonder if Mutta even still exists because the story consistently veers off to focus on whoever it feels like.
Maybe I'm just missing something because I'm like three behind now. I don't really want to finish the show but I feel sort of obligated to after being so deep in it.

I feel like it's always been Mutta, Serika, and Kenji right from the beginning. I mean, there's a second female astronaut candidate and other than having a large family and lots of brothers, I don't think we know anything about her. And that stuff just happened to kick off this new arc.
Oh. I kind of feel like it's generous to even consider Serika a character. I thought maybe you meant Mutta, Hibito, Apo.

Tons and tons of expressions this episode. I think I've come to realize that expressiveness is one of my most valued traits in the anime I watch (mostly thanks to Sailor Moon and Doremi--SatoJun should really just direct everything that has comedy elements) and it's an underappreciated aspect of good animation. It's most of the reason why I've stuck with, for example, Love Live for more than five minutes :lol

I feel like the astronaut selection arc set up those three anyway. But yeah, both Kenji and Serika have sort of disappeared for the most part. Serika is basically boiled down to a Chie-esque character quirk. She might as well scream STEAKIE every five minutes.

Yeah, I should have been more clear. He is a mangaf regular and he used to make these short videos where he talks about manga and sometimes the thread. Though I don't think he has made any recently.
