Granted, lap times are just a collection of "speed information", but I would have loved to have actually seen "accurate projection of lap times". I'm still looking to be convinced this will scale up to high level players well, where variation is subtle.

let me get reasonable for a minute here, and say that this is indeed good news, and especially for those that will be happy/ok with having only a digital copy of forza, great news

now that being said, I expect some news related to the game itself, and not its distribution method or its potential cost. :p

Yeah like the area above the Falken sign (left). Ew. Glad to finally see a new track though. And the road glare isn't blinding in that shot.

So with Bathurst confirmed for FM5 and pCARS and also heavily rumored for GT6... Is it becoming the new Silverstone? Aka the track that is in every single games out there?

Not that I mind of course... Bathurst is much better than Silverstone lol.

Would only be worth it if they moved like in Dirt when you smack the side. But I doubt there's guard rail/wall deformation. I need some gameplay on Bathurst. Very poor pic there.

Play the demo at PAX and well it feels and looks like Forza. The new controller feel great and I love the feedback on the trigger especially when I brake hard. The visual I thought at first looks like current gen and I was somewhat trouble by the aliasing then I went to try GT6 (which also looks great, and it's going to be busy holiday for us driving game fan especially someone like me who lately rarely have time to play). Forza 5 is definitely not last gen graphic and the game is smooth and clean just as you would expect from Forza.

Silverstone sucks ass lol imo of course. But not as bad as Indy.

I think is awesome they finally added the track, this game is the only one that could ever convince me to buy an xbox one so I am sad I'll be missing it. Hopefully GT7 doesn't take too long (lol) and driveclub hopefully will hold me over. If not I'll have to get a new card for the pc and start playing pcars.

Im very happy to see that the 2 most requested tracks have finally arrived to Forza :) , I dont have many good memories of this track in other games but im happy that its here, I´ll try to master it.

Open Wheelers
Spa
Bathurst
Windshield

Things are shaping better in terms of things requested by fans.

Gentlemen, if we can be serious for one minute please. I'm afraid I have some tragic news.

Police in Australia have reported that the emaciated corpse of fellow GAFer Saladine has been found next to an open drum of olive oil and a huge pile of Kleenex. Exact cause of death is unknown at this stage, but the skin on his right palm was completely worn away and the injury appears to be self-inflicted. Police are waiting to question an American citizen, Mr Dan Greenawalt, in connection with these events.
