Why does your TLR shot look crazy washed out and blurry? It looks like 480p upscaling or something. When I played the PC version a while back it looked pretty sharp and colorful iirc.

It looks like he used the Wide-tent AA available on ATI cards.

I had wide-tent AA on at the time, does blur the edges far too much.
Called it. Damn I'm good with my AA-sense.

The AVP shots look great. Do you guys think its worth a playthrough?
Are you a huge fan of both the Alien and Predator series? If so, then pick it up when it drops to 5-10$ on Steam it's easily worth that for the sheer amount of fan service. Each campaign isn't particularly special, but Predator and Alien are a good bit of fun to play as. Marine is pretty boring.

If you like incredible graphics, buy the shit out of it. It is a real showpiece for tesselation as the character models look goddamn incredible.

Wow, that second pic for Wings of Prey might just be my favorite screenshot in this thread.

Wings of Prey is absolutely jawdropping at times, especially when your plane gets shot up, the damage modeling is fantastic.

Just testing out my new GTX 460.
I run all my games at "1360*768"
I could do "1920*1080" but the drop in frame rate is not worth the graphical improvement.

Installed Nvidia's 265.90 driver, created and installed a custom driver for my monitor and did some downsampling experiments. My first test object is Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

All screenshots were taken at 3840x2160 downsampled to 1920x1080. Unfortunately I had to lower the display refresh rate to 50Hz at that resolution (2880x1800@60Hz is possible tho). The game runs at 50fps locked on a GTX 480 with max settings.

Because of the filesize I had to convert the screenshots to jpg, so excuse any artifacts you might notice.

Framerate hovers between 25~40 fps at max settings (480GTX SLI). Game still looks absolutely amazing. Need to take some night time screenshots next.
