Please stop posting spoilers so early. All you do is ruin books for other people.
Are you seriously complaining about spoiler tagged spoilers?

Well it's my personal bias but i am not really enjoying the avengers right now, if you're gonna get anything get Secret Avengers. Marvel does recap pages so it shouldn't be that hard to follow.
not sure about Captain america or Astonishing but Daredevil and FF are in the middle of an arc.
Aquaman #7 is a new arc, and i'm really enjoying it so maybe check that out
The last issue has a lot of really good ideas, both with the driving plot and all the character moments. The dramatic conclusion is the best I've read all week so far.
But damn, that artwork. So glad that's over, and next issue is some Phil Noto goodness.
Thanks. I thought I read that FF #16 was a beginning of a new arc?

Holy shit! AmVam 25! So fucking glad I don't trade wait on thissssssssssss!!!
So, I missed that, All-Star Western and Secret Avengers. Please remind me to never go buy comics while tired and hungry ever again.

DIGITAL!
Oh yeah, that would get basted but good.
Sounds like you ruined it for yourself.
Also that statue is pretty nice but once again I'd feel like too much of a weirdo for buying one. The Phoenix Bishoujo would probably be the only one I'd pick up. Maybe the Christie (from Tekken) one too...
A comic shop opened up in my miserable small ass town, and everything that is good in me is telling me that I should support one of the few things this shit hole has going for it.
That said...
..I haven't followed comics since the Age of Apocalypse series (Which I am told is actually being done again? Irony?) Anyway, I picked up Schism and Re-Genesis... and, well.. I thought it was bad. Keeping in mind I am coming into the X universe almost completely blind now, but it just seemed like cheap, shoddy writing. Like, fanfic bad.
So, I ask: What should I pick up? I read that Whedon did a run on X-Men, should I start there? Help me ComicsGAF, you're my yadda, yadda.

I agree about whedon.Uncanny X-Force, Wolverine & the X-Men, X-Men Legacy = Good
X-Anything else = Bad
Whedon = Always overrated
American Vampire #25 - It's awesome
Uncanny X-Force, Wolverine & the X-Men, X-Men Legacy = Good

X-Factor wants a word.
X-Factor wants a word.
It can talk to the hand.
Ongoing superhero soap opera. For 60+ issues by the same writer and not tied much to what happen in the rest of the X-Books.What is so great about X-Factor? I always see people mention how good it is, but I've read two or three issues and never noticed anything impressive about it.
hmm only saw 0 AVX was the usual prologue trash.

I actually liked Avengers vs X-Men #0 and am not getting the comment about it being "the usual prologue trash." It did a nice job of (re)introducing the two character-candidates to readers, showing where each is coming from at this moment in their lives. Wanda is feeling so vulnerable and small and utterly despised right now, so unsure of herself and her place after being gone so long; and Hope is full of confusion and frustrated anger -- but like Wanda, she too is unsure of how she fits into the grand scheme. This wasn't a setup book in the traditional sense, it was a character-driven piece.
I agree. The big centerpiece scene with Wanda was incredible.
It's a Marvel Event though, so everyone will hate it and I'll be doing the backstroke by myself in its awesomeness.
