They're probably fitness models or bodybuilders. Why hate? They're not hurting you.

They are accurate. Last time I saw him he said his balls had shrunk to the size of small marbles. Next dose of tren he wanted to try 1100mg. It's just stupid. He says he doesn't want to have to wait to look good. He's extremely insecure, in a lot of ways the opposite of me -- even though he is much stronger! He puts up 300+ on bench, I am struggling with my own body weight (190lbs).
He wants to use the dnp because of persistent fat around the back of his waist.
Yes. He is not my friend though, he is my brother. Has had issue in the past with addiction. Lots of problems actually, several arrests, rehab, jail time... this is just his latest "thing."Your friend is insane and needs to seek therapy. The hormonal damage he's doing with that type of stack at that high of a dosage could (will) cause serious permanent damage. I hope he has one hell of a PCT, and possibly a doctor, to help him with the off cycle.
Otherwise, tell him to enjoy the erectile dysfunction, permanent testicular atrophy, breast lumps, and drastic increase in body fat due to the estrogen spike. Fuckin A, over a gram of tren a dose? He's the type of person that gives anabolics their shit reputation.
Nope, I went in knowing to focus on myself. Never have I gone in and felt discouraged or intimidated by those who were bigger than me, now I'm one of the biggest guys there when I work out. I also follow a program that forces me to check my ego at the door, I don't even do maximal work anymore. Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 if you're interested.
I agree with your last statement, it always feels good to get that compliment, no matter who it's from.
How can no one not see a guy bigger than yourself and just feel inspirated to just be stronger than that guy. all in the fun form of competition.

I don't like rebuying my wardrobe every year
He's almost at sixteen weeks now, no signs of stopping. I've talked to him many times about seeing a doctor, but he refuses, thinks he will get in trouble somehow.Ah, didn't catch that. I'm sorry for you brother's issues. Having somebody close with an addiction/emotional issue can be rough.
If there's any way you can get him to a doctor to explain what he's done to himself they can probably get him on a PCT to help the off cycle. Depending on how long he's been on chems, it's going to be a damn battle. The most physically observable issue would be the breast lumps/swollen nipples. Depending on how bad they get, it could take surgery to repair.
Best of luck to him, I can relate to the mental issues one can have with their appearance.

I wish I was more like you but I get discouraged pretty easy. That is why I needed a gym at home because my whole mindset would get screwed up if I walked in the gym and someone was on the machine I planned to start with.
And again I have to admit there are certain types of guys that can knock me down a notch self-esteem wise even though I am getting bigger and stronger. Was always a lanky person growing up so it could have something to do with that.
This is what my little brother is going for. He did pretty well for about a year working out normally, and now is taking about 800mg of three different injections a week. What was it that Zyzz took to bulk up? Tren? My brother is taking tren, test enth, dnp, and something else I can't recall.
So I am not sure I would call Zyzz the best role model! But then, I am not sure if that was even implied by your post.
I am not a fan of steroid use as a way of leapfrogging progress. I am not necessarily against it, but as a person who believes "it's the journey, not the destination," it's tough for me to see steroids as anything other than a way of cheating yourself out of personal learning.
As a guy I think my ideal would be somewhere around the Reynolds muscle/body fat. I also gotta say I am a fan of toned women. Not bulky, but enough that they are obviously into fitness.

He always goes overboard. Last summer he was dropping about a gram of molly a day, but that's a whole different story.
He's replaced the other addictions with these new ones, and unfortunately, that's going to make getting him off this stuff voluntarily a nightmare. He's almost at sixteen weeks now, no signs of stopping. I've talked to him many times about seeing a doctor, but he refuses, thinks he will get in trouble somehow.
What he always says is, "it's fine, the guy I buy them from says my balls will come back." And I always, always say, "yeah -- the guy that's SELLING THEM TO YOU." But he doesn't get it, or doesn't want to.
He hasn't been doing injections the whole time. The first few weeks were oral pills. Dianabol or something. I can't really keep track. He talks about them all the time like they are the greatest thing.
I know now he is taking three things. I think they are all injections. I know one is tren, but I am not sure about the others. I know he's had dbol (I think those were his orals), t3, deca, all these things I really don't know much about except names.
Depends. I know a guy who is pretty fat and he's super confident. He has a hot girlfriend actually.
But his parents have a lot of money...
Where did I say that? I said that gaining muscle is easy for me. When I eat in a modest caloric surplus I have no problems gaining muscle. Cutting is what's difficult. I tend to lose a lot of muscle mass when I cut too. My body just likes to hold onto fat because ive spent most of my life fat. My homeoatasis still has not adjusted.I've gotten to ~7% using LeanGains, just earlier this year. Easy as hell. I do not have a fast metabolism, I used to be fat as shit.
Gain muscle with ease, huh? I'm guessing you're the type of guy who thinks he can put on 20lb of muscle in a year.
Some people like plateaus,I don't. Agree about its nice for the health at the end of the day. I'm ignoring the DNA comment. If you liked something, you would make time for it. You can do pulls ups at the park. then ending with i rather take the smart ,built guy than the skinny smart guy at the end of the day.

He has the dnp but is not using it yet. Keeps saying that he wants to while he's juicing on this other stuff. It was either deca or dbol on top of all the rest. Can't remember. He keeps trying to get me to try it but it's not my thing.
He is taking a huge amount of this stuff. 900mg of tren each dose.
He's about 6'4" and 250lbs. Pretty big dude.
If you are losing mass that fast, you are not gaining muscle. You are losing fat/water that you gained while bulking. Muscle is a slow process, and at max you'll put on 10 lbs a year (when you start, forget about those numbers after a couple of years). That's less than a lb a month. More realistically, ~7 lbs.
Considering that it is possible to gain/lose 10 lbs in a month healthily, I'd probably conclude that it is easier to lose weight than gain muscle.
Indeed we should. Tell us what male bodies you crave straight men.
Yeah :/He's replaced the other addictions with these new ones, and unfortunately, that's going to make getting him off this stuff voluntarily a nightmare.
It's not outside the realm of possibility to put on 15lbs in a year depending on you respond to it and how much muscle you had to begin with. It's a very individual thing.
To say theres no point to invest in your own health I believe is bad.
Sorry for insulting you, it does look bad, but i was attempting to those who actually aim at to be below recommended body fat, models and such. you have a body, you train it to protect what you find important.granted this isnt the middle ages anymore, but i complain of those who look like easy targets,YES THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.but they should put better effort.
what exactly is better? isn't it better to ask little more of yourself everyday? for someone to just do one push up everyday isn't really a achievement if they aren't aiming for two eventually.
aside from the usual? Like what?I see. People do all kinds of things but the amount of Tren is pretty insane and hard on the hairline as well
DNP, ignoring all the myths, is the most incredible weight loss med possible however it works TOO well(dangerous and needs extreme almost medical level checking on your health) and thats just one more thing if he is using dbol as well. Just alot I know folks using far more while on DNP. But DNP's sides are not that compatible with Tren's.
Of course natural is safer but I know many people who do use DNP to get rid of a plateau on weightloss and so forth. I have used it and it worked but I had some sides.

Next time that guy is on your machine ask him how much longer he has, or do something similar that doesn't require the machine/equipment.
You might be surprised how many people are "nice" and "helpful" in the gym.
And the best way to show off your muscles is to look like a roasted chicken? How does being extremely tanned show more muscles?
Yes. In those shows it's not strength but rather appearance. Definition and size are important and tanning + oiling is a way to show them.
Anorexia and ridiculous muscle obsession seem like the same phenomena applied to different genders. In both cases they are trying to achieve extreme versions of what society sees as the ideal female/male body types, and in both cases the people effected are never satisfied, they can never get skinny/big enough.
I know people that have anorexia and bigorexia, and in both cases it seems to stem from a severe lack of self esteem. In the case of bigorexics they seem to constantly talk about how big they are, constantly take selfies of their muscles, constantly talk about it on facebook. It reeks of insecurity. The stigma against anorexia prevents this, but I'm fairly confident that they have similar causes.
Pretty close to a maxed out natural physique:
Natural phisiques only.
I wish all women prefered skinny, nerdy guys. THEN i would be popular with girls. *sigh*
Even more awesome: that man is 51 years old.
aside from the usual? Like what?
2: What is the ideal build for a man? At what point do the muscles become too much? Perhaps it is not as cut and dry as it is with male preference of female bodies.
That is basically 100% my type...largely because I am a skinny, nerdy girl and can relate. Most men don't seem to prefer my body type either (total lack of curves).
On that note, I'm not really seeing any pics of guys in here I personally find attractive (though Gosling can be occasionally).

Here are a ton of pics. Some aren't in order by month/year, so although I look a little bulkier than other pics, I prefer to stay lean and cut. Never wanted to be big.

Dennis Reynolds, lol

Tony Jaa, a thai boxer movie star. He looked insanely cool, his acrobatics, flexibility. Even though it was all film it was unreal.
Plus, a lot of women were on the MMA and Thai Boxing teams. They did/do it for the exercise and because it's safe, exotic and fun and everyone can feel like a bad ass after punching a bag for a while.
DNP metabolism after-effects. When you are on it for a low dose for a long time then come off, gaining weight(good weight-muscle) can become far more difficult than normal. For example on low carb diets I can still put on a good amount of muscle and have good strength and endurance. This is all natural so I am sure if someone is dosed up on test they would be ok. That lasted a good couple months.
It also drops your thyroid levels quite a bit and that hampered me a good deal for a long time. Just the typical differences in human anatomy that plagued me and there is no promise someone else will have the same ones.
I am one of the unfortunate ones that got saddled with about 3-5 months of really excessive calorie burn as well. It sounds like a good thing but it isn't. In fact even weeks later the heat during workouts was way beyond what it should be. Even moderate exercise or quicker walking resulted in the typical DNP sweat, minus the smell and yellow color. And I have used it enough times to know whats normal and what is not. But again nothing horrid just some unique things that I had to work around.
DNP seems to have a unique and puzzling halflife. With reports that its out of the body within 72 hours and others saying a month or so. I however think that for some illnesses, for example Alzheimer, it is going to be an insane development if they continue testing it. Some of the unique effects of DNP on plaque in the brain of patients was downright extraordinary. It also has a stunning effect in this last decades tests where they used it on spinal cord injury patiants and saw spectacular injury recover periods.
That's messed up, Bud. I never look good in photos to say the least. I've always considered myself average looking. Doesn't mean I've never been with good looking; just gotta have confidence. Face pics:

Let's see some pics of you, trash talker.
So do you prefer the nerdy skinny guys just because of your self-confidence?
Like if a muscular guy was into you, would you really turn him down?
I wonder because there are quite a few girls that have the nerd look that I still find pretty damn hot but maybe I don't stand a chance because of their confidence issues.
