So I guess I like Skullgirls. Funny how I've written off Marvel for so long that this reminds me of that but somewhat more manageable. The fact I can just focus on playing as one character without tagging others in is great for me. I'm still not a big fan of six button fighters or stuff that emphasizes huge elaborate combos, but so far I can deal with the design of the game fine. And no issues with the art style either, the whole thing never bothered me to begin with.
Also, any people familiar with Melty Blood in here? Just recently got the game and I'm wondering about what stuff differentiates it from other anime fighters and characters to start with. I'd normally jump in and pick whichever female character seems cool, but the amount along with the different styles for each character seems like a lot to take in.
