Think they're going to need something special to pull that off.

Arsenals problem ultimately is that they don't look organised and their players don't act like they are, might work against a City team who play without a goalkeeper or any sort of reasonable defence/holding midfielder but clearly isn't working against well organised competent teams
Oh I definitely agree that Chelsea are strong favourites, but I was just pointing out that it's not all doom and gloom since there's a chance they could still win a trophy this season.

Arsenal have a chance of winning the FA cup just like Jeremy Corbyn has a chance of becoming prime minister.

Robbie from @ArsenalFanTV given police escort away from WHL. Literally 50 odd cops. I'm being serious. 😮 Glad he's ok. 👍🏽

Should get a slap for partnering with The S*n, but this has gone too far now.
Hope this doesn't mean we won't be getting any videos today.

I hope I heard wrong, but were those monkey noises in one of the videos where Robbie got escorted. If so, absolute scum of the earth people.

Weird how shit Inter has been since they destroyed Atalanta. Great win for Napoli. Only the second time they beat both Milan teams at the San Siro in one season.

Just seen that United have 2 more injuries, ffs.

Arsenal Fan TV is the only highlight for today now.

Mou's comments on Shaw lol. He is finished at United. Let's see how much we can get for him. Mou doesn't have the time or the patience to be waiting for a bunch of injury ridden players that he did not personally bring in. Smalling and Jones will both be gone by Summer 2018, if not both this Summer. The Bailly injury is hard to blame on fatigue because getting injured in a challenge can happen in any game, but this was an opportunity to give Tuanzebe a shot and Bailly much needed rest. Now he may be recovering against Celta when needed most. Emergency CB Carrick time.

Yeah, Shaws future will probably be dependant on how bad it is. Mou clearly wasn't happy but if the injury really is bad then there's little you can do about it if its just a light strain or something then that goes against everything Mou wants. You run through a wall and you don't cry about a bit of brick dust in your eye.

I wouldn't be surprised to see one of Smalling/Jones gone in the summer, maybe even both. He seems happy with Valencia and Rojo at least so might get a new LB if Shaw is out.

No idea what he's going to do with these injuries.

Sulley Muntari booked after reporting racial abuse
Pescara's Sulley Muntari walked off the pitch in protest when a referee booked him after he claimed he was being racially abused during a league match.

The 32-year-old former Ghana midfielder asked Daniele Minelli to stop Sunday's Serie A game at Cagliari but he was instead booked for dissent in the 89th minute, prompting the former Portsmouth and Sunderland player to leave the pitch in protest.

He angrily confronted Cagliari fans, shouting: "This is my colour."
Speaking after the game, Muntari said: "The referee should not just stay on the field and blow the whistle, he must do everything. He should be aware of these things and set an example. I asked him if had heard the insults. I insisted that he must have the courage to stop the game."

Pescara boss Zdenek Zeman, whose side lost 1-0, said: "He asked the referee to intervene, but he [said he had] neither heard nor seen anything. Muntari was right, but he shouldn't have left the pitch. It's not up to us to dole out justice. We can talk a lot about it but then it must be left with the powers that be. Today this has happened when Muntari has already played in Italy for many years. We hope that mentalities will change."

I remember when Luke Shaw played in Everton and he was supposed to be this huge upcoming star for England, and United went and bought him. What has since happened, since he is so out of favor at the club?

  1. Broken leg
  2. Mourinho doesn't know how to nurture young talent

I think rumors has it that he doesn't seem to have the best of attitudes either. Also standard overhyping of English talents, he seems to like sweets a bit too much as well.

(Also Southampton, not Everton).

He was good at Southampton. I don't know what happened at Utd but LVG and Mou don't like him. The broken leg obviously didn't help but the criticism started before that.

First season under LVG he was fat and lazy. Took the offseason to get motivated and was living up to the hype before the leg break. Came back this offseason motivated and had a great preseason, had a bad game or two defensively early in the season and since then it's been the same as year 1. I don't know if he will ever realize his potential, but it's not happening at United.

Almost feel bad for Inter.

There is no need for that lol.^^ They literally self destructed themselves there.^^

The one i feel sad is actually is Gagliardini there. He moved from Atlanta to Inter to secure his future only to see Atlanta now going to Europe while Inter loses again lol.

With this week result, i am almost positive on the final standing here.

1. Juve
2. Roma
3. Napoli
4. Lazio
5. Atlanta.^^

Kylian Mbappe with Cristiano as a young kid, also a Real Madrid fan.

Honestly, I don't want him at the club at the moment. Give him time at Monaco to develop himself further and establish him in the top game. Here in Real Madrid we don't have much time or patience to develop young players in our first team squad. And we all know Florentino loves Benzema.

we should pray that Wenger stays one more year at Arsenal and he takes Benzema

Benzema linked to Arsenal rumors have been going on for like 5 years now lol. Why a rumor like this persists I have no idea. At least one website during the Summer for like 9 straight seasons has linked Danielle De Rossi to United.

I think he needs to work out why they have so many. Over training? Not fit enough? Poor conditioning? I don't recall him ever having these issues with us or at previous clubs to the extent that he has them.

Wouldn't be surprised if some of it was due to the LVG era and players being overworked, I think he will have to remedy that problem by just buying and selling then working his methods

Also the shaw thing is strange, I guess he will he sold but Jose was very keen on him for us, guess he didn't like what he saw when he got him.
Where will he go? Wouldn't be surprised if he went to Spurs, which was rumoured

Spurs will not pay the going rate, not especially as Manchester might also be interested in thier own players. You invite trouble when opening negotiation channels with clubs who have bigger financial muscle than you.

I think he's generally had a good injury record wherever he's been and I'm not too worried that its a training thing. Jones has been an injury magnet since birth, Zlatan and Rojo were in game and nothing to do with conditioning, TFM was a dislocated shoulder, and I could easily put Bailly/Pogba down to the number of minutes they've played recently, with both playing the full match against Chelsea where they had to work hard and then the full game against Anderlecht which went to extra time.

If anything the concern would be not having enough depth (or at least Mou not feeling it) to give certain players a break. Bailly has had to play so much with Smalling and Jones out that I think the only minutes he's missed since the start of Feb were after getting sent off and getting injured this weekend.

If weren't for the fact that he plays for Man Utd and no player has gone straight from LFC->MUFC or vice versa since 1964. I could see us taking a punt on Luke Shaw, we need to solve our leftback problems long term and we love a former Southampton player too.

But seriously he's an Everton player in the making, the Toffees love a Man Utd reject, they don't even have to move.

I'd take Shaw at Liverpool in a heartbeat. There's a top quality left back hidden away there somewhere. He was sensational for Utd last season until the injury against PSV.

Liverpool can get Coentrao free of charge in a heartbeat from us. He's still having injury issues, and is out for tomorrow's derby.
