For the Bomb crew regarding Gears 4:
-Early access is October 7th (or October 6th at 9PM here on the west coast) for the Ultimate Edition
-Ultimate Edition has the game and the season pass. There's no further content that is missing from this edition.
-Season pass gives you permanent ownership of 24 maps that will be releasing at 2 maps per month over the next year from launch. Without the season pass, you can still play those maps, but only when they are in the matchmaking playlist rotation, or when one of your friends owns the season pass and hosts a private game.
-The other incentive for buying the ultimate edition is the extra gear packs you'll get with it. Gear packs work in a similar manner to the REQ packs in Halo 5's firefight mode. You unlock skills, weapons skins, and characters with these packs. Its something around 85 cards you get between the various packs the ultimate edition grants you.
-The Rockstar can that Jeff mentioned unlocks a Lancer with the design from the can on it. There is also a promotion with Totinos pizza rolls where your first code gets access to the JD Zombie skin (similar to Zombie Dom) and if you buy more, the next codes you enter get you some zombie weapon skins. These are the only items that are exclusive to promotions aside from pre-order bonuses with places like GameStop, Best Buy, Amazon, etc. Then there are the skins you get if you played the Beta and reached level 20.
