Early access by pre-ordering is probably what SFV should have done while delaying the game until enough content is ready.

Check characters basic tutorials on youtube for a start(go for short videos), see which one you like. Checking game mechanics and advance stuff from the start will feel overwhelming, concentrate on playing and tackle the learning side slowly.
