You can always try the .webm version of those.
For example, instead of looking at http://giant.gfycat.com/HomelyCluelessBat.gif modify the URL and look at http://gfycat.com/HomelyCluelessBat (be sure to remove the bit before gfycat.com).
The Luigi part should be in slo mo.Hopefully no one else has done a version of this. If so, you can flog me.

At first I wasn't fond of the Koopalings in MK8, but all of these gifs have won me over.

I gave it a shot; there weren't enough frames for good-looking slo-mo so I just added some motion blur on the freeze frame.
