You can see pretty good examples of why we end up in defensive trouble pretty well already in this one. We're CONSTANTLY trying to jump into a rush the second it looks like there's even the vaguest hint that we might be able to break out with the puck. It leaves huge gaps down low that can easily be taken advantage of if the forechecking team manages to regain or keep possession. Not being disciplined with structure is an absolute killer against a team as fast as the Habs.
