People seem happy over the fact that NCL will have two presentations, but I'd be a lot happier if they had done just one.

Those thinking that more presentations = more announcements will not leave satisfied.

I'm guessing the first one will be like the pre e3 nintendo direct where they state the philosophy behind the wii u and showcase some of the software features and the second one will have actual games/info

Yeah I'm having E3 flashbacks. Nintendo had more conferences than anybody yet seemed to announce as much as if not less than the competition. I'm guessing that we'll get at most two new game announcements with these conferences, though even that's a stretch. I wouldn't be surprised if all of this was just a launch preview with date/price and a montage of all of the launch window games that we already know about.

No. Each territory obviously needs individual information. They are also all held by each corresponding president. JP/EU are likely to be pre-recorded, while Reggie will be live.
