I'm honestly going in with this expectation. It'll save me the crushing disappointment.I just hope we don't end up with another Dark Souls or Deadly Premonition again and end up having to call Durante.

He's referring to Konami's LA studio, not Platinum Games, but the only special function I can find mention of is that it's leading the charge on MGSV's multiplayer component. Vanquish PC, like Bayonetta PC, is in Sega's court.
All 24 hours of it.
Wasnt lord of shadow a good port? Who made that?I'm honestly going in with this expectation. It'll save me the crushing disappointment.
Sooo... They (Konami) set up a studio for PC ports? Does this mean MGSV for PC?

Kamiya had nothing to do with that
Given the vague estimate, I immediately thought of this.
It better not be no ghetto locked 720p or 30 fps port.
Hmm I'm guessing devs stopped putting games on the steam registry way before release?

In before no-notice steam release on 4AM christmas morning.
I hope we all have our laughter ready when this releases at full price.
Especially if they try to charge for the DLC which is now free on consoles.
Tell that to Europe PSN. Fucking hell Konami, way to screw over the people who actually purchased the game.
The PS3 version is already filling bargain bins all over Tokyo. Kind of late and probably going to go for at least $30.
Alright, so what's the difference between "soon" and "any day now"?
Also, if we're asking for PC ports of Platinum games that Sega published, then fuck all y'all, give us Anarchy Reigns first. If there's any place where obscure online multiplayer games can survive for a long-ass time, it's PC.
GOTTA GET THE CASH, GOTTA GET THE DOUGH
Grief believes so but I can't seem to find anything to confirm as much. As for MSGV, Kojima hasn't ruled it out, but I think Konami will be looking to see how Rising's belated port is received before deciding what to do on that front.
