Not really. It's almost certainly about Playstation Heroes since we know celebrities are going to be there. Those that do attend will get to play unreleased games. So that's probably the most appealing thing about attending it.

Edit: Given that there are supposed to be celebrities at this event and this app is about playing PlayStation games with celebrities, I think this is it.

I think it will be concerning PlayStation HEROES as well. Charity event with celebrities should give PlayStation some good press.
