Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) told CNN Wednesday the she and Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) have agreed to terms regarding Manafort as part of the committee's investigation into Russia's alleged interference in the 2016 presidential election and possibly the FBI during both the Trump and Obama administrations.

He won’t testify in public or under oath if he does actually do it. There’s no upside for him to talk. It’s already illegal to lie to Congress. Throwing perjury, which has a max of 5 years, on top of his financial crimes isn’t likely to phase him.

Mueller either has what he needs or he wants Manafort under oath. Either way, Mueller is ok with Manafort's subpoena otherwise they wouldn't send one out.
