A lot of my gamer friends here wanted one and booooy, are people pissed.

Nobody expected it to be such a shitshow, it's Switch levels of (un-)availability, people line up for lottery, Chinese resellers buying off pre-orders etc.

They threaten to close my account... Why don't they fix their system and not allow you to place multiple orders in the first place?

That's some harsh language. Did you order multiples of the same listing or one of each listing available?

Same listing. I didn't know there was a limit and I wasn't given any message about it during checkout. It allowed me to place 3 orders of it I think, they cancelled 2. I don't mind the cancellations, but risking losing my account for something that their system allowed rubs me the wrong way. But I just re-read the email and it says "further orders for this item ...", which is fair.

That's a fair warning then. Losing an Amazon account would really hurt.

Yeah, I recently noticed Amazon somehow allowed me to order extra 英傑 amiibo despite the 1 piece per customer limit but I didn't want to risk it.
Plus I've already bought 3 sets from Nintendo's own store so I've had my fill I think.

More line porn pics please.

Terrible pic due to the distance, but near the cones those are multiple lines.

We were eating breakfast at mister donut and weren't even sure what the lines were for until we started hearing people say "Wario64". Then it all made sense.

He's that well known? Even in Japan?

Super Nintendo is one of the best consoles ever with maybe the best lineup ever, so i totally can see this going even crazier.

And in the release date it's not going to be just Japan with this lines..

I'm going to Japan in November, foolishly planned to casually pick one up then, guess that plan is no more. Good thing I did get a US preorder in BB though

No need to be crass about it, I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it if people outside of your country bought up a product you wanted and made it impossible for you to get just so that they can save or make some money.

Well, I get the pain but I still ordered one for myself. If I could have bought one in my country then I would have, but I couldn't (and I did try...like a fucking mad man).

I didn't save any money (it cost me $101+transaction fees), and I'm not selling it. I'm playing it.

If the retailer allows outside orders than it's fair game to anyone. Someone from outside the country is just as legitimate of a customer as someone in it. Not sure what the difference is.

That's true. Scalpers unfortunately are also legitimate customers.

Anyway, I don't care for their policy, but that can't be helped. First come first serve, and if you didn't get it the get ready to pay extra from someone who did, and cross you fingers to hope it is not a scam.

Cross posting scalping ads should be banable.
AT those prices he's honestly barely making anything. 13.5k yen shipped is only 1.5k more than what my preorder says

Not anywhere near the scalping prices on amazon.co.jp now from third party sellers

Again anymore websites put out preorders ?

Saw wario64 post about Walmart and target having almost like 50 to 100 units per store. Hoping the super famicom will be like that

I never really thought about it until now, but this basically comes with two of those Club Nintendo Super Famicom Wii controllers I lusted after for years but never pulled the trigger on. Glad I can finally get it even if we're way off Wii stuff now.

Did anyone's orders from amazon.co.jp ship or have any movement on the status yet? I'm surprised mine have no change when the rest of the world has got theirs already.

Can anyone tell me what the original price was on Amazon for the Super Famicom Mini + Postcards Set, with and/or without ac adapter?

I really want the set with post cards to complete my collection and want to know when I'm entering scalper price territory :/. I'm willing to pay extra if I can "buy" someone's pre-order but not too much >_<

I saw this screenshot but the item price and total order price in the screenshot are different so I'm not sure which one I should use as reference.

￥9,698 with the AC adapter and postcards
￥8,618 without

These prices are tax-inclusive for Japan with free shipping.

I have one pre-order with post cards for sale in the B/S/T thread.

Total price in my screenshot is including shipping.

So you should take the item price as the actual sales price.

Also, only the AC adapter one has the post cards. The other one is a regular one.
