I'm sure I'm not the first to see this, but there are some add-ons visible on the Xbox app. This one is intriguing..

Yeah not getting the hate for the clothing style. They just look like students to me.
Hate to think these characters would be dressed if it were decided by neogaf poll...
Well, people bitched non stop about the first game being boring, having no identity etc...now they look to have made drastic changes and we still get complaining. I guess this team can't win. I just want to see more gameplay. Bring on next week!
I dont even think its a racial thing, a large portion of GAF just doesn't keep up with fashion apparentlyI guess white people and black people do dress differently, otherwise why does it matter, to play some one who dresses and has a different skin tone. Embrace change and broaden your horizons a bit people sheesh. cuz I bet most people on here complaint how the main guy looks love their final fantasy characters
I'd play a game as that guy. It'd be better if he lost the undershirt, wore a gold chain and unbuttoned a bit more tho.
Finally a protag who can appeal to the GAF demographic.

ITT people from the Midwest and South learn about West coast fashion.
Ok, as an honest to god answer, do young, uni age students in San Fran actually dress like this? This colorful with this much branding/logos and like extra stuff? In the end, this is a non-issue for me, I just think it's funny and will judge the game on it's merit, but now I'm wondering lol. The only examples I have of good ole San Fran fashions is from :

Yea your right. A lot of them don't get out much lololI dont even think its a racial thing, a large portion of GAF just doesn't keep up with fashion apparently
I can't speak for San Fran but come to philly you'll see all of that. Like I said early I can walk in to a bunch of stores and walk out with those exact outfits.(masks not included for obvious reasons)Ok, as an honest to god answer, do young, uni age students in San Fran actually dress like this? Ubisoft apparently thinks today's cool kids look like ticketgoers from the 2004 Warped Tour.

people dress like this now
try again
Yea all the extra stuff he has on you can chalk it up to being a video game but those outfits are legit and pretty current. But if u watch the gameplay trailer they have customization with tank tops and shorts and stuffI mean I'm in New Orleans currently but spend most of my time In Baton Rouge for school, and yeah you do get some trendier looking people, but I don't know, I guess it's too hot for all that extra shit. Most people are in T-shirts and jeans.
Hey hey! Don't knock the high tops. I have some red vans that look exactly like those.Live in the Midwest and the outfits look fine. I don't see the issues with layers, I wear layered shirts, brighter jackets, sling bags etc. The only thing I wouldn't wear on that MC are the floppy high tops, but I work with a few developers that would wear those.
The over reaction to the attire is lame at best, and just reeks of the usual Ubisoft hate that frequents this forum.
Man some serious hate for the way this dude is dressed. Please post your clothing style fellow gaffers I'm intrigued at what y'all think style is.

I'm legitimately having trouble with figuring out what the exact problem is with their dress. MC is wearing a cap, jacket over a shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Absolutely nothing about that screams edge, hipster, or cringe. It's pretty damn standard. Same goes for the other two. They're central characters so there's something to make them stand out but I could see people dressing like that minus maybe the skulls and studded jacket.
Why not, since I seem to be in the target demographic...
O we cool than lol. Bright shoes is !my middle nameNot knocking just don't like them personally, I don't find them odd or anything just not for me.
I wear bright shoes just not big ol'high tops.
To my uncultured eyes this looks exactly like the main characters style and in fact I bet this will be an option in game.

That ain't west coast fashion...ITT people from the Midwest and South learn about West coast fashion.
I'm not convinced this isn't a screenshot from Watch Dogs 2
