Yeah, M3wthr33 (Or something like that) got his permaban lifted after 3 months or so... and then got perma banned again in a week. :/

The way I understand vbulletin works is that you have to create user groups for that kind of stuff, otherwise it'll just say "banned" through the ban option.

I think that's how it works at least, lol.
