Raichu and NuRaichu are probably my favs, but I don't count raichu for the question posed in the OP since he was never pushed as an "other" pikachu.

Pichu was despite being baby pikachu, and is the fucking best. Raichu is cool and all but pichu is the goat electric rodent mascot and is probably the only one pushed even as remotely hard as pikachu is. Fucking love that little nerd.

Mimicyu (Pokemon Sun & Moon's Pikachu impostor) is wearing a cloth costume based on popular Pikachu merchandise, all because “It wants to be loved by people like Pikachu is.” I kind of want to get the game just so I can befriend him.

In X I had her on my team just about the entire game. The only Pokemon on my team I had longer than I had any Pokemon besides my starter.

I really hope Emolga has an evolution in Moon. She deserves it! Best Pokemon!
