Thanks for letting us know you wish ill will on someone who's received a pretty damaging setback in their career.
This copyright infringement shit is getting out of hand, next thing you know they'll take down channels for posting video game trailers and interviews.

This doesn't surprise me, my youtube got banned because I had videos of story mode of BlazBlue:CS. I appealed, got my account back and then my videos all got taken down again within a day and no other appeals have worked (I end up getting an e-mail saying "We think you're abusing the appeal system, blah blah")
I do find it odd that we can't have video games videos, even non-trailers (ie actual games, being played) on youtube (depending on the game, who owns them, etc). If it has certain audio, certain visuals, whatever or just a game that the company doesn't want on there, you can have them removed and after 3 removals for copyright issues, you can be banned.
But on TwitchTV? It's fine, as long as you're not playing something illegal or playing something early before release date, then you're fine.
But eh, you can't do much. Google only listens to those with the money to spend on lawyers. Like most companies that wanted youtube to have a copyright infringement system like this.
Already had a game trailers channel taken down...This copyright infringement shit is getting out of hand, next thing you know they'll take down channels for posting video game trailers and interviews.
EDIT: What's with all the Sega assumptions?
Holy shit, if this is true, then fuck this guy and his "help".

That website links to Youtube videos.
No it isn't. Up until today, the channel was making $288 to $2,700 a day in ads through YouTube.

They take a "take down content first, ask questions later" approach to sidestep companies who would try and paint YouTube as a piracy haven.
Sega has being shutting down peoples youtube channels for any mention of old games, more specifically any mention or footage of Shining Force 3. A game that you can't buy through any legal channels.
TotalBiscuits channel almost got shut down due to Sega and he received 2 strikes.
SEGA has been taking down Youtube videos and accounts relating to the Shining series in an attempt to prompt up the search rankings for the videos of their new moe blob porn art Shining Ark game on PSP. First they took down videos with music, and footage from the older games then they started taking down videos that just had a dude talking into the camera about the series. : / To be that bad takes AGES.
Sega was supposedly responsible for taking down Youtube videos showing the older Shining Force games so that more people would look at videos of the newest Shining Force game.
This sucks monkey butt!!! What were they thinking?!?!?!
You know what's bullshit?
Wait, so you guys are telling me that they take down channels for trailers too?! Why!? Isn't that free publicity?! Will your game sell worse if they distributed a trailer? I don't get it, what's the reasoning behind this this!?

Filling out DMCA forms (http://www.youtube.com/t/dmca_policy) is so trivial you could write a script to do all the heavy lifting. Trolls can just mail in fake DMCA takedown notices with literally no possibility of being caught (they wouldn't even check, unless if it was against a big media company sponsored channel or they got legal heat after the fact).Control, that's all the reasoning they need.

Hmm, I'm subscribed to about 55 youtubers and over the last year or so about 10-15 have run into account deletion problems. I respect Youtube and Google are respected companies (who can be held responsible) and they have to show that they are tackling copyright issues but their increasingly draconian auto account deletions (especially without warnings) just feel like they are going to drive the LP and other game streaming communities to other video uploader sites.
I wish you could use after effects for better acting.CMON you know you want to
