I hope this was a controlled leak, because I am much more interested in this than I was with Battlefield 4.

I think serious kudos to DICE/Visceral for making a brave decision and developing a AAA FPS that is not based on the Military.
It looks like a huge amount of fun to play SP and MP.
I have worked on numerous internal trailers similar to this and people really have to understand that whilst it is presented in a professional manner in terms of video editing etc that the artwork and Graphics / game play are far from final. I feel bad for them that this got leaked, but glad for them that from what I can see its gonna be good, unfortunately most of the masses are going to incorrectly assume this is final quality.
The quoted comment made earlier about this is why we don't get to see WIP stuff is very relevant

Still an EA game and if they want it released when it's not ready it'll be released when it's not ready. Same thing they did with BF4,had to get it out before CoD.

Nothing is fool proof especially when you're talking about digital files. Short of Star Wars level security where they handcuff a briefcase with the script to your wrist and only let you read it in a secure room with someone there to watch you, these things are going to happen.

This is way to far along to be a pitch trailer. This is probably the trailer the press saw last week. Everything you see in that trailer represents what the game is going to play like. Its clear the visuals are still being worked on though.

Looks pretty cool. A departure from the same old mostly terrible military shooter will be nice. Not gonna buy until after launch and I see what the actual state of the game is or if it needs major patching.

That or if EA decides to do a crazy $25 sale like they did for BF4 virtually right after release I'll probably get it and wait for them to patch it.

I feel ridiculous for being disappointed that the action still looks so...Battlefield. I don't know what i expected but the whole cops + robbers rumors that were floating around brought much more gritty, controlled madness kind of images to mind. This footage makes the game look like it goes from bank heist/hostage rescue to WW3 in the same round. Not sure if I'm up for it, but I'll keep my eyes on it.

I think it's actually video made for sales reps (ie, Wallmart, GameStop) to be shown at trade shows.

The watermark and the overview of contents of the game are done in such layman's terms as to indicate as such.

I was also instantly reminded of Police Warfare as soon as the trailer started and according to some people on Reddit, it was cancelled because EA picked it up and turned it into BF:Hardline.
