Archer [Mafia] |OT| Wait, I Had Something For This

Palmer voted for Mazre last day, if I remember correctly.

Anyway, I'm the new guy on mission and this is the perfect time for some long time member to go off and kill somebody.

sure, except every other member on the mission was green-checked by the cop, who is dead.

After this, we're lynching Seath, who did nothing to contribute to the discussion on D3 or D4 and has just been such a weird outcast character this whole game.

I also want to clarify that I never had toast. I had french toast, a braided flavored brioche loaf, dried out and soaked in a custard, with mascarpone and orange marmalade in the middle, fried on both sides and then baked to a gentle firmness in the oven, which was definitely working.

The way I see it: me being there was what either Mazre or Ezekel waited for. Do we know for sure that Darryl checked those guys from anybody else than themselves? Me having doubts on the whole group of mission goers gave me a handycap from the start. This discussion with Darryl just played perfectly into their hands.

This logic is 100% sound and I can not argue

palmer was the one who said it, so if it's a conspiracy against you, we kill you, kill mazre, kill ezekel, kill palmer, win the game.

Be that as it may, if you are telling the truth here, the best way for the rest of us to find out is to take you out to confirm and then take a closer look at the other guys who were on the mission. So, apologies in advance if you are town. Not sorry if you're KGB.

Will this be the third day phase in a row that ends early? These are like Alaska nights.

My suspect list:

QuantumBro
Hobohodo
Palmer
Gorlak

Don't care about Septimus at the moment if Haly flips, nor Kris.

Can we assume Palmer isn't cleared yet?

He was eager in Gorlak staying on the mission though, which I read as pro town if he knew Darryl.

Sorry, Gorlak. The information is pretty much against you.

1. It's claimed the now confirmed cop has checked other mission players for the night
2. You clashed with Darryl within five seconds.
3. Haly wasn't on the missions so he couldn't have tampered with results
4. Squidys theory makes sense as an alternative motive for the kill.

VOTE: Gorlak

Oh. I guess another possibility is that there is a KGB member who checks as town when investigated. It could be that Mazre or Ezekel has this kind of role.

I am not the guy you need to kill! Don't you see it? Mazre was on the mission like forever, he stayed in the dark and took his chance of a kill when the opportunity arised. He blended in with the rest and had never casted much doubt on himself. Honestly I came in here in the last day phase and was baffled, obviously people on mission were cool, so I wanted to be safe and stay there to not get killed during my first night. This is totally going the wrong way...

What if Darryl checked one mafia member and lied about it, so he could get more reads and observe over a longer period!

Darryls suspect list from the end of d3 goes against this theory. Neither eze or Mazre are in the list.

Sorry, buddy.

I don't know how I can explain this to you? What is going on? Here, this is a quote from Darryl during the night chat:

"I said I suspected gorlak just to inflate my list of suspects. I don't have any reads on him "

Eze and Mazre will confirm this is what Darryl wrote.

Also Mazre put down exactly ONE post at the very beginning of the night and than stayed quiet. I'm confused. He stays every night and than says nothing, doesn't read pro town to me.

Because he didn't want them to know?! This is obvious, he wanted them to feel safe!

Eh? Considering they've been on the mission multiple times, they will have no doubt have been read. Why hide those reads if they're kgb?

Why did you think you were going to die on your first night? You went against Darryl early. If anything you were starting to raise suspicion. mafia killing suspects is dumb.

I guess might as well spill the beans on the Darryl thing. For us in mission chat to know who Darryl checked, he made a system of bolding who he checked in his post. He admitted himself that Maz was clean in N2 chat. I imagine that was due to GLT using the ability. Here is him clearing me
EzekelRAGE - claims to be Archer and is invincible to everyone but Honeypot. It's a bold claim. I would've doubted it if Seath didn't come forward as Conway (even if he's "taken it back"). Acts very towny.

TheGoddamn
I just wish he'd post more. I don't get a scum vibe off him. Although I do wish he'd just fucking post more. If he gets day nor night lynched we have next to nothing to go off of with him anymore. I hope he'd come through with some more reads at least.

When I was asking for bold predictions yesterday, notice I kept asking for Darryl's specifically? I just included Kris, to not throw suspicion.

Having no reads on someone isn't suspicious ?

I had no clear read on Mazre , he was very suspicious in my book until today's news

Everything points to Gorlak. Eze claims to be Archer which makes sense with N1, deathless. Mazre still seems suspicious as Palmer voted for him, when they probably shared juicy information in the missions. If Darryl did check Mazre, then Gorlak is KGB!

It's possible that they are KGB who read as town. And if not them, the role probably does exist.

The best way to find out, though, is still to lynch Gorlak.

To my knowledge, I was never cleared by his checks. His way of clearing people was to bold something in a read, so we knew that read was accurate. He never told us ahead of time who he was planning on checking. Based on the mission team, it's fairly obvious who that would have been this time.

I was obviously suspicious of his claim, but not enough so that I was going to blow his cover to find out for sure. I was comfortable waiting until someone's role provided us confirmation one way or another. His death certainly does.

I think he trusted me overall. He was antagonistic in day chat, mostly, but I took it for a bluff so people wouldn't connect our night chat group as having an ulterior thing going on. He sort of asked me what to do when Squidyj claimed his role, which also implies some trust.

Also, I specifically told Gorlak not to unvolunteer yesterday, because I wanted to make sure Darryl had someone new to check each night. It's a bit shitty that it got him killed, but we all knew the risks of role claiming in a mission chat.

TheGoddamn really stepped it up on d4. Hope he keeps at it!

Can we hold off voting to let him respond? If I see a couple more votes, I'll invite.

DO NOT END THE DAY THIS EARLY PLEASE!

He's obviously a good(probably best) lynch candidate, but please unvote for now so we can look into more things. We still have all of Haly's stuff to re-analyze, for example, and particularly in light of our assumption that Gorlak is KGB.

Anyway, I see it like this. Gorlak was in a bind once he saw the Mission chat and found out Darryl is a Cop. Even if he suspected ahead of time, he was probably a bit damned the moment I specifically asked him to stay on the mission. He knew he would be investigated, reported, and lynched. He had nothing to lose by killing Darryl, and could potentially gain if he somehow conned us into believing it was someone else.

I'm inclined to think Gorlak is the first KGB on the mission. The only other possibilities that weren't cleared by Darryl are Arkos and myself. We have outside reasons to trust Arkos, and hopefully my actions thus far have been fairly trustworthy.

This also blows my general assumption that people who drop are generic. GLT really was a Cop, which as Darryl pointed out N1 meant we were going to kill either our Cop or Doc D1. Now Gorlak may prove to be a KGB as well. Who did he replace anyway?

Anyway, we definitely need to lynch Gorlak, we just don't have to do it right this second.

Mike was very quick to vote for Gorlak. I think that clears him, if only a little.

nah, the buserino is very likely with this play. It's probable that Gorlak and mafia as a whole knew how things would go down so they wouldn't waste time trying to defend him.

Blue = town Red = KGB Purple = Neutral

Also, I made this. The first is all facts, with Darryl's checks and death role pms exposed.

This one is just theories, with no role pm for the guys in blue. Squidy/cabbeh/arkos are added on this one. Assuming Squidy is telling the truth and that we believe the thing with cabbeh/arkos using drone wording.

I mean I don't want to say I told you so (I totally want to say I told you so) but Gorlak replaced Awesome Possum who in turn was replacing Razmos. So I mean if yall had gotten on board with my Razmos scumread on day 1.......

Actually, he felt you tried to out him :(

lol, did he say that last night?

I was pretty suspicious of him, which is why I told squidyj everything N3. Think about it from my perspective. If he was lying about Mazre and ER to gain trust, there would be very little to out him aside from Arkos and I. No offense to Arkos, but I definitely wanted this knowledge spread a bit, and Squidyj is smart enough to understand the ramifications.

I was also trying to get a real lana kane to claim yesterday since it would have blown up both his plan and squidy's plan.

@Squidyj: I'll find the post in a minute.

Taking a look at who tried to defend Raz there may help as well.

Also with the above images, I may have missed a few names, but no biggie.

Also, yes. We can't take anything useful from today's votes. If he is KGB, his buddies have to know he is doomed.

but generating a counterclaim was part of my plan! (from someone other than darryl who I wanted to remain silent)
