Why is there no Boycott campaign ?

I don't think that losing 1M subscribers is going to hurt them that much. 99% of their audience is kids/teenagers who don't care about this. These greedy motherfuckers will keep on making bank. I wish there was a full scale boycott campaign.

Yeah, that's a good point, they could keep losing subs till they get to 11m- but as long as they keep getting they 2-4m views average I don't see any difference being made, if anything they could only been losing subs that doesn't really watch most of their videos that often anyways.

Oh God, I'm so waiting for their react video to this nonsense, they are the only react related stuff I'm sub to. it's been quite fun to watch reacts from Mega64, Filmcow and so on.

so what are people licensing then? Like I said earlier, their BK franchise analogy is fucking horse shit. This would be like if I paid BK to be a franchise owner but they wouldn't let me use the BK logo or call my signature burger The Whopper... da fuq?

Well they aren't stupid (aside from expecting that this would go over well.) They know that their brand stands for "quality", insofar as yes their videos are slicker and better than the average "person reacting to something we can't see" reaction videos out there. They're mostly just trying to scare off people that could threaten them, and maybe drain some money from the minor successes.

The BK analogy makes no sense for their business because they don't really benefit from others taking the concept and running with it, or putting out probably-worse versions of the same kinds of videos (why cede views when it's possible on the internet to get as many as they can versus the real-world constraints of expansion?) This is much more about burying competition with either a carrot or stick, which is why people freaked out.

I just watched their 'REACT World' announcement video; these guys had the balls to call out corporations while making it very clear they are one in that same video.

No idea, we're going to find out in the new video.

Right now I'm a little anxious to get it over with because I like both Grade and Tyrone. I'm not subbed to Tyrone though cuz he's just as guilty of doing what Jinx and CJ do.

Provide entertainment?
Bring new eyes to content?

I'm not sure what you mean. I'm certain there are more people introduced to content than the imaginary people stolen away from other channels.
