old guy from WW2 isn't ready for dominatrixes
Anyway, Cap/bucky fans are just as nuts as Supernatural fans tbh
Judging by people I know (and sadly, introduced to Cap and Supernatural), you are not far off.

It's not even like Sharon is Peggy's descendent. She's Peggy's BROTHER's descendent. Not that icky.
The kiss was stupid. A lot of the drama in Civil War is stupid (Sokovia Accords felt more forced and underdeveloped than the one in the comic). I'm glad the action scenes and Black Panther were so great so it makes you forget the flaws, cause a lot of the film doesn't stand up to the light of day.
Where the fuck did you get this.
When we're talking about movies, this is generally not good writing.Cap and Sharon have "sparks" in Winter Soldier, which took place a couple years before Civil War. When they actually do kiss, Cap is like "sorry that took so long", because those two have known each other and danced around those feelings for a while.
We didn't really see that develop on screen, sure, but we didn't see Natasha/Banner develop on screen either.
Where the fuck did you get this.
Where are these "it's a classic 'not-gay!' moment" reactions coming from? We already had very good reason to think Steve wasn't gay. In fact, we had good reason to think something would develop between him and Sharon. Putting aside that their relationship could have been better developed, what was so jarring about seeing those things reaffirmed with a kiss?
Is this just a fandom thing, or am I missing a bigger issue here?
Dating your childhood crush's descendant? That sounds like something Hydra would do.
is that a fucking head in the left corner?
You do know the source of the gif right?
Pirated camera rip
Agreed. It's irritating that there were quite a few CapxBucky fans out there that got mad at the MCU creators cause Civil War didn't have their preferred shipping. It's a fandom thing. Embarrassing shipping (straight or gay), fan fiction, and fan art surround all things popular now. In the cases of Arrow and Supernatural you can see the fandom actively harming the product with their love/hate of fictional relationships.
She was asked at a panel.
I doubt she genuinely gives a shit either way, she's just keeping Peggy's name out there and inciting fan campaigns in the hope that they'll convince Marvel to do more with the character.
cause a lot of the film doesn't stand up to the light of day.
Yeah, I didn't buy that kiss either. Feels like it came out of nowhere. Definitely felt like it was done to distract the fact that Cap was very Bucky-focused in this film. God forbid the suggestion that a guy may love his friend so much to an extent that he'll go to the end of the Earth for another guy. Whether the feeling is platonic or romantic, it doesn't matter. Just let it unfold on screen without the need to forcefully shoved the niece kissing.
When we're talking about movies, this is generally not good writing.
I don't know how you move on from the perfection that is Hayley Atwell.
Sometimes when we're in bed together we make funny little videos like this.
It is kind of weird that Steve would just kiss someone he'd been flirting with for years moments before he might not ever see her again because of what he's going to be doing in the next 30 minutes.
I wouldnt want to date my great aunts guy. It just feels like it crosses an incestuous boundary.
She used to post to Instagram and Twitter an bunch before creeps scared her offWhere the fuck did you get this.
I read somewhere Cap and Al actually datedWe all know Cap wants the brown sugar

This would be about a thousand times more interesting and better recieved than hydra cap.
But yeah, the scene was forced, awkward, uncharacteristic of steve and overall unpleasant, only saved by falcon and bucky giving him the nod.
This would also made more sense than steve being okay with kissing his former girlfriend's grand daughter.
It's easier to shallow that he would come out as gay for a person he had loved since he was a child than instantly going for a younger version of his literally just deceased girlfriend.
I just feel that, you knowI wouldnt want to date my great aunts guy. It just feels like it crosses an incestuous boundary. And Peggy just died. Thats even more disrespectful, right? Its like, dont touch that. You cant tap that!
IMO, the scene after the funeral where Steve is alone in the church should have had Sharon talking to him instead of Black Widow. That would've added a little more buildup to their kiss but I'm still fine with how it turned out. It's worth it just for the Sam/Bucky moment.
HahaOr is he?
