I realized today that I am going to be in San Francisco the weekend of the Melbourne GP.

Does anyone have any suggestions on places to watch the race live?

Any sports bar that's open til Midnight on Saturday should work, race is from 10pm to Midnight.

No idea if there is a particular bar that would be best over others. Maybe try tweeting the Alt+F1 guys, they live in SF and might have an idea about the best location to watch.

Since all water companies make their bottles blue, I guess BWT wanted to stand out.

You'd be surprised. It would be a tough pill to swallow for Putin if Force India would made it to the podium in the Russian GP.

Formula 1 and racing in general is a manly man sport for real (gentle)men! How dare anyone bring women colors like PINK into it! Ewww!

But no, it isn't. I don't like pink as a color, but I'd never hate a livery because of it or speak up against it. It also helps that Force India had rather unremarable liveries in the past couple of years, so I don't mind the change at all.

I don't mind pink per se. But they chose the worst possible shade of faded pink and combined it with those hideous logos and bubbles on the sidepods.
