So Screen Junkies' live stream says the Fantastic Four have been announced for Infinity War, I'm guessing it's click bait but is it true?

I do think FF would be a great addition to the MCU but as a jumping off point post infinity war. No way are they coming in this early and we not hear about it

People at D23 have been reporting on DisBoards that Ewan McGregor has been spotted at a Disneyland hotel, right next to where D23 is.

Now I'm curious. Is DisBoard the go to place for Disney fans? Or are there other big Disney fan sites out there?

How unfortunate if they've been trying to hide a reveal. Like, even if he wore a cloak people would think an Obi-Wan movie was being made.

Disney is so big that I think there are multiple sites for different portions of the company. For instance, I know there are multiple sites dedicated just to the theme parks. I suspect the same is true of Marvel and Star Wars stuff and probably of Pixar and Disney Animation stuff too. For generic Disney stuff, though, that might be the place to go.

Yeah, there's no specific panel dedicated to Star Wars, just a segment in a longer segment, and there's no streaming at D23 at all.

We're gonna have to get drip fed via liveblogs/livetweets.

Yeah it makes sense. I only really know about Planet Pixar for their stuff, and nothing for Disney Animation.

Actually I think the Video Games panel at 1 PM is getting streamed. Would have to double check on that.

I know of at least 2 dedicated specifically to Disney World, 2 to Disneyland and many others where Disney parks are the focus. It's a weird, huge subculture (I don't mean weird in a bad way, just that I was shocked to discover how big and detailed the subculture was)

Pretty sure it is. I think they mentioned it on the Star Wars show that it's going to be up on Facebook Live and Twitch. Don't remember the accounts though

Wow! Nice.

And shit, now that I think about it, I remember Andi Gutierrez saying she was going to be on a segment or two being streamed from the con, so I guess there will be a stream, but it's not gonna be the sort of thing we saw at Star Wars Celebration.

The live action panel isn't until 10:30 AM (PT), but the line was full at 4 AM. That's crazy! I'm not super familiar with big cons, but is that what it's like at SDCC too?

An hour and sixteen minutes.

For Marvel/SW stuff specifically, probably thirty minutes past that as they're likely opening with Walt Disney Studio's own live-action stuff.

They should start live streaming this, just like SDCC should.

They probably don't livestream as a lot of the film stuff they show is WIP and showing early very unfinished versions of their work is something they most likely want to avoid outside of concept art. You know how during E3 people criticize the hell out of graphics for games being shown that won't be out for years and the games end up getting bad coverage? It's that that they want to avoid.

Was getting caught part of your plan?
Comes out on stage to announce that Obi-Wan Kenobi is a playable character or some shit

Would be a magnificent troll, in any case.

Reminds me when they ran an ad in the middle of a WWE show where it looked like they were finally bringing in Sting (the wrestler) to the company, but it turns out it was just a DLC ad for one of 2K games.
