Whilst throwing her to floor was inappropriate, I would have been surprised had there been no physical contact. Notice the mob-like mentality the black people show when somebody happens to insult them. It's almost as though they crumble into a thousand pieces at the very mention of the word "n***ger" and resort to being rage-filled simpletons, instead of rising above it and showing they're better than that.

The individual who assaulted her will lose his employment, gain a criminal record and pay damages to the appropriate parties as noted above. As for the rest of the mob, they'll most likely be severely cautioned as it's Popeye's name they've dragged through the dirt.

He's doomed with the justice system and future employment - one video shows him antagonizing her, then he actually follows her outside and assaults her in a manner that could have killed her had her head bounced off that asphalt. The assault inflicted serious bodily harm and injury, which means it's a class C felony. After seeing the videos I doubt the prosecutor will let him plead down to a class D because the evidence is all there.

He's probably going to get around five years in prison and when he gets out at age 34 or 35 his employment prospects will be construction or crime, and after that woman wins the lawsuit against PopEye's, part of his check will go to paying back that money anyway. So which way of life do you think he'll choose?

All because some woman may have used a racial slur.

Maybe she’ll never utter “that word” again— if she even said it— but she’ll be paid handsomely after the inevitable lawsuit while Stupid Guy spends time in jail and will have a shiny new felony on his record to scare any decent job prospects away. He’ll also be on the hook financially for years to come, losing 20% of any paycheck he earns via court order.

I don't think the word is 'always' racist in and of itself, it's usually more of an insensitivity. In this context, both words are loaded terms used to generate or trigger some feels at that moment.
